I think that when you go to Home Goods you have it in the back of your mind that you will have to do some digging and that you are bargain shopping, that's the whole point. I like that this Home Goods is nice and big, my main issue is the parking situation with Costco around the corner and a TJ Maxx next door. The store is always well stocked and I feel like I can find a deal but I also know that I get what I pay for so I go in with a plan of locating certain items from certain brands. The store is well stocked for the most part, I enjoy coming here. read more

Tried to return something on a 717.00 purchase that was only 20.00. They basically accused us of either stealing it or lying that it was broken. Super frustrating! read more

I love shopping here. There is anything and everything you need for your home. Great prices and lots to choose from.

The store has nice items, pricing is fair. No one really tries to help you. I was greeted and after that no one asked me if I needed anything. I was looking for a bathroom bench and was told if I didn't see it, they didn't have it. I found it on my own. I saw a lot of employees but no one seemed to be helping customers so maybe it's more self serve. It was pretty busy , lots of people milling around. I have a list and prefer to get what I need and go and not look around so the lack of help may be a deterrent to shopping here frequently. read more

I will definitely remind myself to not go to this location anymore. It's crazy that when you walk in, I just kindly excepted a shopping cart from a woman, instead of grabbing one that was a few steps in a different direction. Apparently because somebody else had touched it before me, the greeting employee had a huge issue with it. She ended up actually arguing with me about taking a clean one instead and then I told her it's totally OK, she started just staring at me and giving me dirty looks with my child. I made one circle around the store, didn't find a single thing and headed out. I swung by T.J. Maxx next-door, amazing service and they had everything we needed. read more

Was in last Friday, I believe, to get a few "stocking stuffers." I waited in check out line with maybe two dozen people. 5 cashiers were open and the line was moving ok. When above the din, a tall, heavy-set man with dark hair and no mask obviously a manager, yelled at a female cashier " you're making this way more complicated than it is.!" And proceeded to berate the young woman in front of her co-workers and several dozen customers. NOT COOL! The people in line with me, expressed embarrassment and chagrin at such a display. If she erred, why couldn't this man, simply and quietly walk her through the correct process. Classic bullying! I like the store and its merchandise, but there are alternatives. read more

I'm torn on how many stars to give this Homegoods......if I was to do 5 stars it would be for the employees only, most of them are very nice and courteous. The one star is for the mangers. I shop there because is close to my house but I try to avoid that store as much as possible. I've witnessed managers being nasty and rude to employees for no reason, managers never great anyone and if you ask them anything they are rude. On the bright side there's a Tjmaxx store right next to them and they carry the same merchandise and shopping there is like night and day, Tjmaxx being the Sunny Day ...well you get the picture. read more

Awesome selection of furniture and decor. Much better than other HomeGoods locations I've visited in the past. There was a young man named Eddie, I believe his name was, working in the furniture department. And despite the heavy rain outside, he was working very hard with a smile on his face helping customers inside with their furniture & rugs, and loaded all customers cars in the rain. And the kind woman at the register was very helpful and showed me how I could put my large pieces of furniture on hold. Very nice experience on a cloudy, rainy Friday. Thank you!! read more

I went back again a year later and, not remembering what I had Yelped about last year, made the comment a few times about the large selection and how *nice* the selection is. Really good home items. Bright, Florida colors. Lots of outdoors tableware (acrylic, plastic, melamine). The bedding had full sets with the accessories separate of curtains, throw pillows, etc. read more
