I mentioned once that I was hard to fit because I usually need petite lengths and they have kept their eyes open when buying to bring in a few additional petite options with that in mind. Talk about small town care and wanting to help their customers! During these current times with the pandemic, they are doing "appointment shopping" during phase one so customers can feel safe. The company who makes the bags is from London. All kinds of sizes and unique designs! One of the ladies who worked there explained the company and the different designs. The Lewes Blooming Boutique had a bigger selection of this line (Vendula). I went to the Lewes Blooming Boutique and they did have a bigger selection of these cute bags. The owner was there and she told me the bag I was interested in would be arriving at her Lewes store in the next week . I gave them my contact information and they called me the following week to tell me the bag I was interested in had come in! The owner, the people who work at both Longneck and the Lewes store are all helpful and kind. I love shopping local and enjoy great customer service. I'm enjoying my fun bag and recommend this boutique!

Sarah, the assistant store manager, really worked with me over several days to arrange for me to get a dress I really wanted. I have been looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding shower that will go with the color theme. I found the perfect dress on the Tommy Bahama website. I was unsure of sizing so a couple days laterI went to our local store to determine ideal size. Once I got back home, I could no longer find the dress which was very disappointing. I contacted Customer Service on the corporate site and they were unable to help me, but did suggest I contact an outlet store. I am really glad I chose this particular location because I think it is unlikely I would be getting this dress without Sarah's help! I can't wait to visit Rehoboth Beach again soon to thank her in person.

I went online today to order it and they are charging me $9.99 for shipping. So I contact EddieBauer.com customer service to inquire about a shipping consideration and they told me that I should have the rep place the order for me in store so that I can get free shipping. I'm now 227 miles away, so that is not possible. Store managers should properly train their employees to suggest that they place the order so as to save shipping costs. This is frustrating to learn that they could have saved me money, but either were too lazy or poorly trained. Also the store itself needs a little TLC. It's dark, has a funky odor and looks very dated. You won't survive like this, and it's a shame.
