I stopped in because I did NOT want to deal with mall traffic and I guess most folks felt the same way today. The store does receive a lot of traffic and for good reason... there is some great product in the aisles if you have the time and patience to dig through it. I take off a star for the overall cleanliness of the store but I give a star for the seamless check out process. Yes, the line was long but it was quick and efficient. They even wiped down the counters and pin pads after every customer which is rare to see even this deep in the pandemic. read more

I'm a frequent at Christiana Fashion Center location, but didn't want to deal with their congestion. Even with everyone still working from home, still a lot of chaos there. So this was my first visit here after all these years. Plenty of parking and better traffic flow. Not as extensive of home merchandises as the other, but was able to land on some great finds. Must I say, way more selections in clothing though. I went a little crazy that my cart were overflowing. However, can't pass on good deals for the fam and I. Plus the register lines weren't that bad. read more

This store gives me stress. It's not very clean and it's highly unorganized. The employees always seem miserable too. It's very difficult to find anything. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever really had success in this store. I suspect you'd need to spend a lot of time here to dig through rack after rack if you were determined to find something good. It seems like the offset of the low prices just aren't worth it. read more

So I visited the store again. What can I say... This place is a mess!! No help, big n tall is still a joke. Things in boxes have been opened,closed and opened again. Its a clusterfuck of improperly placed merchandise. Now understand this. I hate shopping at the Walmart near me in New Castle. Its dirty. Its in a bad area and a lot of strange people shop there. And I would rather shop there then to ever return to Marshall's ever again!!! read more

I went this place sometime when I have bored lol ...oh well spend money make you happy in the moment :D . This place they have big parking lot from of the shop ... They have good deal sometime and I love marshal because they have some nice stuffs I need . ...that was nice you can return thier stuffs anytime without complaints read more

Always looking for that undiscovered treasure. The stores are always crammed with too much stuff but it makes for a good time looking for treasures. The downside to Marshalls and Tjmaxxs is sometimes your treasure are damaged and occasionally the staff will offer some sort of a discount! I've often come in looking for something specific and end up leaving with something totally differnet. Another downside is there's never enough staff willing to help. However, when you can find someone they're helpful. read more

I went into Marshall's/Homegoods Store Number 100171 today and saw a women's tuxedo jacket with a red tag on it that was marked for $12.99. I went to the register and after entering my PIN number noticed the jacket rang up to 69.99. I asked the cashier why did my things cost so much, as my total should have been $18.99 (including a card I purchased). The cashier (Cierra Hispanic) called over the Hispanic front end coordinator (Misty) who told me "the U line doesn't match, it's 69.99 & someone could have put a different sticker on the item". I asked her how was I supposed to know this. After all, I don't work at Marshall's - she does. She walked away & I asked to speak with a manager. The way she carried herself as was extremely unprofessional. She treated me as if I didn't matter and that this store represented their merchandise "incorrectly" was my fault. A white male came out & he confirmed that this item was original price. What happened to the customer is always right? Were they insinuating I was the one who changed the ticket? I got my cash back for the jacket, as I will not be supporting on profile racism from ANY organization. I was provided the name of the regional manager, after asking. Curious to see what Marshall's headquarters has to say about this. Written by an African American woman. read more

This is by far one of the nicer Marshalls stores in the area. The selection is very good and they also have a big Home Goods section. The bad thing is that everyone else realizes that this is the Marshalls to go to, thus the long lines to check out. I'm sure that the construction mess around Christiana Mall is not hurting Marshalls business either. read more

I brought a suitcase a month before my trip. I should have tested the zipper on it but I know next time. It was 79.99 Bebe brand with flowers on it. On my trip the zipper broke and I had to buy another suitcase because of it. So I call before I came back to the store to return it and was told since I didn't have my receipt I could exchange it for store credit. When I get to the store I was told I couldn't exchange it because there was no exact model like it but when I brought it that was the only one and I'm pretty sure they know that. Talk about being embarrassed not once but TWICE. I will complain until somebody do something about it! Managers were so RUDE when I called ahead of time! read more

One of the best Marshalls I've been to. Besides the whole no sales tax thing they have a nicer selection lf products versus other branches

Pleased with the selections and sizes I found. Quickly moved through checkout. Employees were courteous.

We'll they lost power an decided to close for the night at 4:30 when they could have reopened after they got power back. That is terrible customer service and lazy employees. Oh one more thing I find this dirty any way they don't have much save time to another store read more
