The clearance sections are organized and seem to be sized appropriately too. Cashiers were miserable and unfortunately had zero sense of urgency. When I entered the parking lot I was going to get gas because I was semi near the area. I became immediately deflated. I figured I would skip it- gas was 3.49 today there I believe. I decided I would go into the store and nearly turned around and left when I saw the ridiculous check out line. Forget about trying to get through the aisles- it's a complete nightmare at this location. I HATE when I need things I can't get online and I need to go here. In my former area I would go to Sanatoga- much better experience there. When you go to checkout you are being yelled at "Go to any line" "Go to any line". Then when you finally get checked out- the staff is yelling at customers to "form two lines". You aren't gonna get out easy- you are going to wait and wait. It's overwhelming. I love Costcos as a company and the quality but the shopping experience is completely miserable in my opinion. On the way out I decided to attempt to get gas. It was a virtual parking lot pretty much. So in a nutshell you have to fight for parking, fight through the aisles, fight to pay for your stuff, fight to get out of the store and fight for gasoline. It's insane. I hope we get a Costcos in my area because driving an hour down and back for this is frustrating, unpleasant, and I dread going there!!!

I had a great experience with the consignment process, very simple. I received wonderful one on one attention with my things and any follow up questions I had were quickly answered. The whole staff is super nice and helpful and they play great music in the shop, which always makes for a pleasant shopping or browsing experience. I will continue to patronize The Attic whether I have any consignments or not. It's a terrific place in a fabulous location. Love it there, it has such a great vibe!

Everything on sale, and I had a coupon. I was ready to purchase many items needed for an upcoming trip. I nicely asked the 2 salespeople at the desk if I could make an even exchange on an item (with ALL tags in tact) that I needed in a smaller size. One woman said "I'm not the manager, and you have to ask the manager", who was standing directly beside her! The manager was eating a sandwich as she looked at me in a very condescending manner. She asked me to repeat my request. I nicely repeated my request (even though I knew she heard me, but I also work in retail, so I wanted to be gracious). As she continued eating her sandwich behind the service desk, right out in the open, the manager tells me she cannot accommodate me. All while holding her hand up in front of her mouth as she spoke and did not even use a napkin. The manager said she will only accept a return within 2-3 days. (Like what??) I thanked them and then immediately left because I just could not stand to give my money to that store after this interaction. The manager took another bite of her lunch (like use your employee room to eat your food!) and didn't even look up at me again. These women were beyond uninviting and rude! No wonder the store was empty with zero customers.
