There are even times when I will run out of milk or eggs mid-week, and find myself stopping here for those items rather than shopping closer to home. In the several years my family has been shopping here, I have only had one incident where I was charged x2 for an expensive cut of Parmiggiano reggiano cheese but it was corrected during my next visit. The Wegman's brand organic items like the milk, eggs, and dairy creamer leave nothing to be desired. Not to mention their bakery! An absolute gem. Who needs a Whole Foods, anyways? Certainly not I. She admitted she wasn't sure but pointed me to the aisle she suspected it would be in. 5 minutes later I'm in that aisle looking when she approaches me and explains that she asked another employee who is more familiar and then spent a minute helping me locate it. Great customer service which is sadly too rare these days. The positive and experience continued at checkout. Again long lines and grumpy customers but the woman assisting at self checkout was upbeat, positive, and helping keep everyone moving along.

Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

It wouldn't scan, I told the woman she ushered me there, and I said it won't scan she attempted and looked and saw it wouldn't scan. She gave me a look and told another employee who said oh tossed my card to me and said "ion know call the lottery," turn their backs, and started talking. I stopped at the new Wawa for gas went inside and asked how do I cash the ticket she looked and said "Did you scratch with your key, yes I said" and showed me whom to call on the ticket. It took 30 seconds. I'm disappointed in the treatment, this trip. Which admittedly,is a first occurrence in maybe 100 trips, but that doesn't make it feel any better.
