I Love This Place. The front of the store. This is Florida where are Marshalls and HomeGoods meats in the middle it's two separate stores.

That's pretty good for me. I personally don't like to stand online for over an hour and when they only have 123 customer service representative nobody is on the floor. This is three cashiers and about 200 people here and that's ridiculous for me. Some people have nothing better to do with their day to stand online, but I have a lot of other things that I want to do the other store in the neighborhood while I'm here that I would like to visit with, but the place is clean And the people are friendly because it's not that many people serving the people in these stores that they joined together simply amazing. Happy new year.

I love this store Marshalls always has new clothes and shoes that definitely keep up with the the current trends. Everything I have bought has held up amazingly, no complaints and no returns have ever been made by me. Home goods always has someone new when I visit and the prices are always the same / as expected. The cashiers and floors employees are all very nice. I recommend going when they first open to not get stuck in long lines.

Popped in here as we were on the way out to the Lake Wales. They are clean and mostly organized outside a few random items that I'm sure were misplaced by other customers. They are still using one way entries and exits and have staff manning the doors to ensure capacity and people monitoring. They have all the usual items you'd expect to find throughout this chain and I like that it's consistent. This is a joint store with an attachment area that allows a passthrough from each location. There is only one register area for all customers with a single line which helps keep things moving. Overall: A Solid location with great COVID controls in place and all the items you'd expect to find in this chain.

Like their competitor, they have a little bit of everything here, minus such a crowd. You can't go wrong with that. This particular location was a little bit picked through though, which always seems to be the case at this Target. Other than that, I would recommend it.

Much of what they have that I use I can find for a good deal less money someplace else that is usually closer to home. And this occasion I purposely stopped in because I looked online for an item that I have searched for in the past. They showed they had it in stock and when I got to the section you should be in I couldn't even find a place on the shelf or it could go. This is the same problem I had the last time I was looking for the same item and that was well over a year ago at a different location. Sadly their website just never seems to be truly up-to-date on much of what they carry. From my point of view if you're not looking for something specific and don't mind spending the money then this is probably the store for you. My one kid shops here for groceries because of allergies they have and items they can find here that don't give them the problems that they get from other stores.

FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR SERVICE continue to be an issue at the JCPenney in Davenport, FL…read more As a personal shopper working with multiple clients at a time, it's extremely frustrating to spend time selecting styles, colors, and sizes, only to find at checkout that the posted pricing is incorrect. This has happened repeatedly, which is why I've reduced how often I shop here. Just yesterday, I saw a sign advertising $9.99 and "buy one, get one." Because of past issues, I took a photo of the sign before going to the register. As expected, the shirts did not ring up as advertised. When I showed the photo, I was told the sign did not mean buy one, get one free, but rather buy one and get something from another department. However, when I asked what item was included from another department, I was told there was nothing. and that the "white sign" did not say buy one get one (see photo included). What's most concerning is that instead of taking responsibility for incorrect signage, the explanation shifted to blaming customers -- suggesting that shoppers sometimes change the signs, which I found hard to believe given the way the sign was positioned and displayed. It would require insider knowledge to flip it the way it was shown to me. That response feels dismissive and avoids accountability for what appears to be ongoing internal issues. Consistently incorrect signage, combined with defensive or dismissive responses when customers raise legitimate concerns, feels disrespectful of shoppers' time and patronage to the store. Sadly, I'm not the only one that encounters these problems as you can see from other reviewers. Clear pricing and professional customer service should be standard expectations.

The level of detail and patience from the staff was amazing. We created a vision together and I was sure it was going to be executed well. Next, we picked up the cake. It wasn't at all what we were expecting. It was a regular, uninspiring cake with not so great execution. We weren't thrilled with the final design, but we didn't have a choice. We were stuck with it. Then it came time to sing and cut the cake. This is when BJs did their thing. The cake was so moist and delicious. We got so many compliments on how great the cake tasted. People loved the half chocolate, half vanilla option and the icing was perfectly balanced for sweetness. I would 100% order a birthday cake from them again, but I would just go with a traditional cake without the custom design expectation. I would argue, it was better AND MUCH CHEAPER than Publix.

Super disappointed--I honestly don't even know how to start this review…read more This location is one I visit regularly, probably twice a month, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Today, we had two separate purchases totaling $104.64 and $93.70. There was a promotion offering $0.25 off per gallon of gas with purchases over $100. After fueling up, I noticed I didn't receive the discount, so I went to customer service for assistance. At first, the representative was helpful, but then she explained that the $100 minimum had to be reached before tax. She suggested I purchase an additional $2 worth of merchandise to qualify. My response was simple: had I known that, I would have combined the purchases from the start. There was no fine print visible stating the requirement was based on the pre-tax total. What made the situation disappointing wasn't the $2.23 discount itself--it was the unwillingness to find a simple solution. We're talking about a promotional credit worth just a couple of dollars after spending nearly $200 in the store. Sometimes customer service is about doing what it takes to make a loyal customer feel valued. Unfortunately, the interaction only got worse. The manager didn't seem interested in helping, and the overall attitude felt more like I was causing a problem than asking for assistance. At one point, I even asked the representative why this seemed to bother her so much. She replied that she wasn't being rude, and while she may not have been verbally rude, her expressions and attitude certainly made it feel that way. A quick reminder to anyone working in customer service: treating customers with respect, patience, and kindness--even when a situation requires a little extra effort--speaks volumes about your professionalism and character. For a moment, I felt like I shouldn't have even asked for my $2.23, and that's not how a loyal customer should feel. This wasn't about the money. It was about customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, that was completely missing today. What makes this even more disappointing is that if this had happened at a restaurant, I simply would have never returned. In fact, I've stopped going back to places before even when the food was good because customer service matters that much to me. Unfortunately, in this case, I don't really have another option and will likely continue bringing my business here. That said, it doesn't change the fact that today's experience left me feeling unappreciated as a loyal customer. Businesses should never take repeat customers for granted, especially over something that could have been resolved so easily.
