This Ross is jammed packed. There's barely any room between the aisles. I love how there is a lot of stuff but it's too cramped and feels very overwhelming. When it's busy there's a lot of traffic trying to shop around in the store. The line was very long. This store needs a different layout to make shoppers feel comfortable without being very close to other shoppers. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I was trying to shop for a dress and one of the workers was annoyed with ME because she was trying to put dresses away. She literally told me, with attitude, that "she was working". Had an issue at the checkout line too but not 100% sure it was not a me problem. They wouldn't look up my account number because I didn't have my Ross credit card. To me, it's poor customer service but I will take ownership on the fact that I should have had my card on me. Perfectly fine. I saved myself from spending $280.00. (1 $30 dress, 7 pairs of work shoes that lady gets to now put away). read more

I'm surprised at the low reviews for this place. I just moved to the area and have been here several time for clothing and home decor. I've found some incredible things that have really helped update my wardrobe and home. You get great deals here and each time I went I found something I've wanted. There have been a couple of times where the line was really backed up, but it actually moves pretty quickly. Whenever I need new clothes or home decor, this is my new first stop! read more

Establishment is located in a very tourist area. If you find something to purchase be prepared to stand in line to check out sometimes up to an hour+. What's more irritating is to see only 3 check out lanes open & 2 managers standing off to the side chit chatting. This store is very unorganized with clothes dropped off hangers laying on the floor, shoes lined up around the stool to try on, at closing the employees come together pick things up and put back on the shelf. Then after opening the entire process starts over & is left again until closing. It appears there are only employees working at the start & end of the day. This Ross store is a horrible shopping experience. None of the merchandise is organized. When you go in and OUT of the try on area, the staff check your clothing items like you are at a prison rather than a store. The home section which is usually my favorite is a mess of items everywhere. We asked for a price on an item and the staff couldn't agree on the price which they were making up on the spot. If you are wanting to kill time and waste money, shop here. I went in today and found a cute top and some Capri jeans, cool I'll spend $25 on both... no. The line was backed up half way through the store. 2 registers open. I guess the floor managers were at the front laughing about something, so I put my outfit on the closest rack and left. 2 registers? Honestly that's beyond stupid. Usually ross is a decent store. Not this one. First thing walking in, the theft prevention lady loudly yells at you and walks the isles almost in a hurry as if shes the store owner. Next thing I noticed was the floors and how dusty, dirty, and trashy they were. Tags all over the floor, clothes stuffed under racks, and dust bunnies everywhere. Half the stuff on the shelves are crushed and bunched up. Its not really that hard for the manager to sit in there and have someone or even themself sweeping the floors clean, but they would rather stay in the back isles near the towels and fold the same rack over and over again. Its genuinely the worst ross I have ever been to in my life. And Ive been in plenty, my wife loves bargains. Never coming back read more

Worst shopping experience ever!!! Went in and was not a a fan of their selection of men's clothing or colognes. Then went to check out to find I needed to stand in "the line from hell." Out of 12 check out counters, only two were open. I put my items down and left, rather than spend an hour waiting to purchase something I was only marginally content with. While, I thought this was just a problem with this store, I went to another near the Florida Mall. Same story, different location. This is the third Ross I have been to, and the overwhelming consensus is, find the nearest consignment store, the selection and the customer service is most likely much better. read more

Say what you want, but this is one of the best Ross department stores that I've ever been too. Not from the area, but when I'm in town it's a must to stop here. They have soooo many options it's absolutely amazing. You can't beat the quality and prices. I always find so many goodies in here. They have awesome finds here, with great prices. Coming from CT we have TJ Maxx and Marshall's which I my opinion can't hold a candle to the prices and variety of Ross. The downside is, it's a giant mess. Very disorganized. Very crowded. Too much stuff everywhere it's hard to walk or maneuver a cart around. ALWAYS tons of people inside shoving by each other which gets frustrating and the last two times I was there the line was to the actual back of the store. I had my kids with me which almost Made me put it all down and leave, but we waited (for 45 minutes to pay) that should never happen. I understand Call outs and staffing issues happen but to have so many people in a line with no solution other than waiting for almost an hour is bad business. Store completely went downhill to customer service wise. the security greeter at the front door nastily screams welcome to Ross it's almost laughable then stares you down like he's going to catch you with something. store manager watches him scream at people must be by his direction what an uncomfortable greeting and terrible first impression I will not be shopping at Ross anymore you are made to feel like something is wrong as they're trying to stop shoplifting. Deterring shoplifting is great however screaming at customers aa tyou enter the store in a nasty style is no way to do it . Must say that I love this chain of stores. This one in particular was not clean and the selection of clothes is not that great. I was looking for a dress for my toddler, a purse, shirt and jeans for me. Couldn't find any of the items that I was looking for. I found many pieces of clothing that we're damaged. Also too many opened items. Not many name brand purses or shirts, I was pretty disappointed. The store needs to get restocked and cleaned out. read more

This ross is right off i4 and 27 in the Posner park shopping plaza. This place is such a mess, I actually love it! You literally have to search and dig around for good finds because you'll find them for sure. The racks are always full and since they're so full, things get marked down pretty often and you will find great deals. It's almost a thing now where I dont even pay full ross prices and always find something amazing marked down. The staff is friendly at times but I mean, you cant really be mad when they have to clean the mess all day. I find every excuse to come and find deals for myself read more

I've been to this store twice now. Compared to other Ross stores, this one is clean and organized. Crowded like most of them are, but I've come to expect this in order to get a deal. I've heard that they cater their merchandise to the neighborhoods they're in. I liked this store and was able to find an outfit to buy. Dressing room was large. I had no problem getting a changing room even though it was busy. I also looked through home good to find some decorations for my plant shelf. No such luck. Very little greenery. But I did find an awesome nightlight for my kitchen for $5. I love it! read more

The store is fairly well disorganized, and it is always crowded due to its location. Prices here are better than higher end department store prices, but they are not better than target. The one thing this store has over the place like target is selection. There is a lot to choose from here. I would preferred that the store be a little more organized. read more

If I could give a No Star I would!!! Absolutely horrible Ross! The double rack is such a bad idea especially in this area. They employees can see anything, people stealing, eating and touching clothes, pulling clothes off the hanger on the top rack because they can't really reach it, then dropping it on the floor. There is no way corporate should think this is a good idea. You've created privacy walls for thieves and mess. Just silly!!! read more

In town and have been to Ross before. This store was much more cluttered and in disarray. We found what we needed but it took much longer than expected due to traffic and disorganization. We were 5 in line and it took us 30 minutes to get out from that point. I have never seen that slow of service. To their defense the customers had carts full of items. However movement was very slow. When we got to register no sorry for your wait or wow they had a lot. That tells me quite a bit about the awareness and consideration for the customers. I will say one lady opened the service desk to ring up some customers( she appeared to be the mgr ). A lot of leadership staffing and / or experience needed in this location. read more

Shopped here on Sunday and spent more time in the queue to check out than I did shopping . 3 checkouts opened for 20+ people waiting in line - all waiting with LOADS of items to buy and not just 1 or 2 . Really put me off from shopping there again . Management need to get their act together ( or hop on a till and help out their under pressure staff ) read more
