The Smokies are a minor league team with an affliation to the Chicago Cubs. We love the older logo of the Bear with the word Smokies above and not so much of the newer logo. I did find a beanie and my brother found a visor. The team behind the counter were very kind and helpful as we added a couple of smaller items to our purchases. The Knoxville Smokies' official store sells on-field caps and new novelties, merchandise, collectibles, trading cards and supplies. Go Smokies!

The store displays were messy, racks and clothes laying in the floor, and the rare employee I came across was not helpful or friendly. My wife did buy a couple of items. This is an older store which has been remodeled twice. But, still keeps that crisp feeling you are accustomed to from their branded stores. I only have one complaint. That is I wished that their online advertised pricing matched their in store pricing at the register. Instead of forcing you to buy items picked up to get the savings. What if you have an immediate need like a microwave? Should you be forced to wait however long it takes to pull and have ready an item to save the money? I think not. Staff is minimal. And on my visit only one regular checkout was open and out of four self scanning registers only two were operational. Forcing longer than anticipated or needed lines.
