This location is going to be the death of me because I absolutely LOVE this store. I can be found here almost once a week and always seem to find something for myself or someone else. This location is excellent in organizing and displaying their clothes and keeping Top Brands like Free People and French Connection separate from their usual array. They are also excellent about making sure the size hangers and the garments match and that they remain in the appropriate sections of the store with clear and accurate size dividers. From clothes to shoes to purses to cell phone accessories, kitchenware, baking aprons, seasonal decor, candles, cables, workout attire and even PJs basically everything I own comes from Marshall's and I can always count on this location to provide me with a quick and easy shopping experience. I also commend them on their exceptionally clean dressing rooms. The attendants are rigorous about ensuring the garment count staying consistent into and out of the rooms, but this also means I've never seen a stray item ever inside! With my TJ Maxx/Marshalls/HomeGoods credit card I get $10 shopping credit for every $250 I spend in store with a single point everywhere else I use it, so now it's like I shop here for free - a dangerous mindset indeed! read more

The clearance sections are a bit messy, but were still manageable. Employees get 5 out of 10 on the attentive scale, but I kind of like that. I don't want to get harassed while shopping. Their items are pricier than the selection at the Ross (in the same shopping center) , but I think their items are better. Their brand name products are also really nice. Additionally, the fitting room ladies are always polite. My favorite thing to buy here are the reusable shopping bags. The $2 ones are such good quality and they are beautifully designed. I've been coming here for six months since moving to Vegas and have easily spent over $1000 on home goods and clothes. The one time I try to return without a receipt a defective $20 rug a week after buying it they tell me I'm unable to do so. Really, $20?!! Was in the area looking for either a sports jacket or some kind of coat since i dont have one and i'm trying to move away from the hoodie sweater phase. Didnt find either a jacket or a shoe rack but left with an 18 pack of assorted Kind brand fruit and nut bars. Overall they do stock a few things and have a larger selection then compared to Ross which is a few stores down, but Ross has a larger selection and still didnt get a chance to find anything there either. Seriously doubt i'd go back. There was nothing here that caught my eye and in the rush of excitement of finding Kind bars i didnt check the expiration date. I go to this Marshall's pretty much just because of it's location. Right next to my parents' house and Ross, Walmart, bed bath and beyond, Ulta, and Michael's are all in the same plaza. Other than that it's always really messy and unorganized. The staff is friendly but a little weird lol I was here the other day and one of the employees was cussing pretty loudly in a joking way? I'm not opposed to profanity or anything but I did think it was a little inappropriate for your work place. read more

This place looks smashing after their remodel. It's clean and organized. The selection of conditioners and shampoos are very limited compared to some of the other locations. Clothes, I have found better selection at other locations as well. But, who doesn't love Marshall's? I consider this place my playground. read more

My favorite Marshalls in town. Mostly because it's the closest to my house and has a great shoe department. They also have a great amount of stock that rotates pretty regularly. They also have a pretty good purse section. Staff's ok, but since I'm not a big fan of being harassed by employee's while I shop. Line's aren't too bad and they always seem to have enough lanes open to make sure the line moves quickly. read more

I have been an addict for Marshalls and the good deals I find here. I mean who doesn't want a bargain buy, especially designer brands? They carry items for the entire family, including your pets. You'll find a wide selection of household goods, toys, baby products, hair and beauty supplies, perfumes, shoes, handbags, luggage, and not to mention the clothing...designer brands at that! Some days are good and some days are a miss depending on what you're looking for. The only downfall about Marshalls is that the clothing seems to be scattered and disorganized. They hardly carry size 5-5 1/2 shoes. You really have to take your time and look through their racks just so you don't miss out on a good find...patience comes a long way when your bargain hunting. For the most part, its conveniently located in the Arroyo Crossing shopping center where you'll find plenty of parking. Lines go by pretty quickly. read more

I happened to be on this side of town, needed to go to Babies R Us to get a gift, then noticed Marshalls across the parking lot. I was very impressed with this Marshall's location - cleaner, brighter, larger, and more organized than other ones I've been to. What impressed me most, however, was that when I got in line to pay for my purchase, only one person was ahead of me. There were already two customers being serviced at the two open registers. But the manager opened up a third register to handle the overflow. I have never, ever seen this happen at any of the other locations, where they never give a damn if there are 20 people in line! Wow...... This locations is ridiculous. 10 pairs of the exact same boot on the clearance rack, I verified that each were identical. EVERY SINGLE PAIR EXCEPT the one in my size has the marked down price... I go to pay, ( taking my pair and another with the correct markdown stick) and I'm told I can have the clearance price of this clearance item because it came in a different shipment.... ok let me see if I can get this straight, you have 10 of the same exact item all of which are on sale except for one because the shipping company sent it in a different box... Marshalls always has the cutest sweaters, and I'm not talking hoodie or mom sweaters. I mean cardigan, shell type sweaters to put over a trendy little tank or tee to keep your arms from getting chilly in the winter spring and fall. Pros - aforementioned cute sweaters, designer purses at LOW prices, dresses (hits and misses here...), odds and ends home decor, low prices on designer style clothes (That's the truth, I'm not just repeating the commercial!! Seriously.) Cons - clothing one-offs that have some sort of defect, look out for those pleather fake leather purses that crack over time, never have the cute shoes in my size, if you find something cute in a particular size you might have to dig to find it in another size. Another con is the store cleanliness and employee helpfulness. While there is an employee at the dressing room, and a few at the registers, I rarely see anyone working the floor to ask questions. There is always clothes out of place, and some things on the floor. I have just come to accept that about Marshalls, and I'm OK with it. I just know coming in that I'm here to look, find, try on, and buy. Simple. Regardless, that is why it only gets 3 stars. It ain't no Nordys! LOL Despite that, I'll be back! read more

Typically come here when I need a cheap shirt or dress shirt. I like coming here better than Ross. One thing that I have been coming here a lot for lately is almond nuts and trail mix bags. They are cheaper than Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Sounds weird but seriously lol go look! read more

The store was surprisingly clean for a weekend day and it was relatively easy to shop since everything wasn't a mess. When checking out, the lines were pretty short and moved quickly. Horrible customer service. As soon as I mentioned I would be making a few returns and didn't have a receipt I was already met with attitude from the associate who acted like she had something better to do. Then the "manager" Tyler was extremely rude when trying to make a return on a purchase that was made only on Christmas Eve. He certainly shouldn't be in customer service let alone a "managerial" role. He's rude condescending and not helpful. I can only attest to it being a horribly run store. This store is messy compared to other stores. The employees all seemed super stressed... Not to sure why but everyone seemed like in a rush or not wanting to help much. This is meant to be a zero star review I had been coming here for years now. It was my favorite place to shop until I had to return a designer jacket last december. I had bought this jacket for my sister, but it was too big. When I went to return it, the lady at the counter acted like I was trying to return something that didn't belong to the store, even even though it had a marshalls tag. She called the manager and showed him the item, and he also acted like I was returning something from a different store. They said they didn't sell that designer jacket. I asked them why I'd return it with a Marshalls label if it wasn't from them, and why the same exact item would be on the receipt with the price. I asked them to pull the videos from their security cameras from the day before, which would show me making the puchase. They didn't. After going back and forth with them, they finally processed the refund, and I vowed never to shop from Marshalls again. This sucks cuz they had some really good items. Their customer service needs to be improved upon. I shouldn't have to argue to return 1out of 30 items purchased. Examine the tags and take pic or video of yourself buying expensive/designer items there. read more

Marshalls is a place that I usually go for great deals on clothes specifically dress shirts but I don't really expect great customer service. This one however in the dozen or so times that I have been in have had excellent people at the checkout counter. This cannot be said for all Marshalls but because of it, I make my way here instead even though its further to drive. read more

Terrible customer service. They miss price items and do not honor the items displayed value. I came to the store today to buy a pair of shoes. The shoes were displayed at 14.99 and all of the boxes of the same shoes lined up underneath the displayed shoe and price of 14.99... I went to the cashier to pay for the shoes and they ran up at 24.99, I told them to check the price and they assured me that I had he wrong price and didn't even go check. I was very sure and then once again requested the item to be checked. One of the ladies told me that she ran one of those yesterday and that they were not that price I went to go look again and I was right. So these shoes were mislabeled for two whole days and they didn't change the price, nor could they honor the displayed value. Bad customer service, I'm quite disappointed. Marshalls always has good deals, but I hate that the store is very unorganized. I know the store employees can't keep up with all the jerks who pick something out and then leave it in a random spot. Came in to return some items that didn't fit my daughter that were a gift from my mother in law down in Pismo Beach, CA. The guy checking us out at the register was very friendly and helpful. When I called after I left I found out his name was Cj... Anyway we didn't have the receipts because my mother in law gifted them without it and like we've done in the past, we just go in and give them our ID and they exchange it. Well a few of the tshirts were "Guess" brand and they couldn't locate similar shirts so they couldn't exchange them, totally fine no big deal because they were able to find two other matches and were able to exchange them. The reason why I'm writing this review is because the lady Diane or Diana was a total BITCH! I hope I have her name right because when I called the store after we left to find out her name, I'm almost positive it was her who answered because she had the same annoyed attitude that she had in the store... she was a shorter, thicker, woman possible in her late 40's with brown hair and glasses... what happened was when Cj had paged her in to come up to the front to ask for some help regarding the clothes, she came up and didn't say hello to us or anything (which is fine) but came up and was already bothered or in a hurry to run off and do something else... after hearing what I said and what Cj told her she walked off and said call "Tyler" (I think that's his name?... he was a tall, younger African American man who I believe was the manager)... he was great! Came up and greeted my husband and I and took the time to go look for a dress and came back and was able to exchange it... EASY PEEZY... anyway although I love marshals I will never be back at this location again and will drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to another one because of how rude Diane/Diana was... The impression I got from her was that it looked like because we didn't have the receipt or the Marshalls tag on the clothes that my mother in law must of gotten it from somewhere else... The clothes did have tags on them (Guess tags) just not the Marshalls tag... anyway like I said I will not be coming back here ... she's not a good example for her co workers under her because the way I was raised to work is you always put your feelings aside and if you have to pretend to be happy because you're having a bad day, well then you better put a smile on and represent the company the way the company would want you to represent them. read more

What a nice store yesterday was my first time there and I was impressed with the nice things they have for the house and clothes for a very reasonable price I think their clothes is better then some dep stores with outrage prices but Marshall got cute clothes for cheap and I really liked the stuff they have for the house. Before I never had the desire to go shopping there untill yesterday my friend took me there and I was impressed with the nice stuff they have and one of the most important thing for me is there great customer service every one was very nice and helpful I highly recommend them and I can't wait to back to shop some more. read more

Nightmare... I hate shopping in general but Marshall's finds a way to make it even more aggravating. You want to find something worth buying so bad that you spend way too much time trying. Nothing seems to be where it should be. Were there REALLY no women's/juniors shorts whatsoever being sold in the middle of summer? Because I walked around that store like an ass at least 6 times looking for some. And who's bringing back mom jeans? Cause that's all I saw as far as bottoms. After spending wellllll over an hour sifting through undesirable crap, you rush towards the register before your irritation becomes a threat to public safety and exit with a basic t shirt that may or may not fit, just so you can say it wasn't a total waste of time. And why do the metal handle parts of all the hangers in Marshall's, Ross, TJ Maxx etc all leave your hands smelling that same flavor of awful? What IS that? I probably don't want to know. This place is really great. I'm constantly shopping here for all of my clothes. They have all of the brands of clothes that I usually wear for half and even sometimes a quarter of the original price. The only reason why does not get four stars is because of the customer service. The people working there are incredibly snotty and act as if they're working the a very exclusive, high-end retail store. They often force their opinion on you when it's not wanted or asked for. However shopping for clothes is fairly self-explanatory so the employees are moot anyway. read more
