Wrong as soon as we went in it stinked and in all of the stalls there was flooded toilet paper every where and we had left. I told my husband we couldn't wait so he said ok take my truck we drived to khoals and used the restroom and went back. Second the line the line was almost to the back there was two resisters open but then one of the ladies had left so there was only one lady left she was fast but rude,it was also very hot I was like in a sauna. It is hard to rate Town East Mall when there are so many great franchises that reside in this…read moreestablishment. The reason for the low rating is that the management does not value the money the franchises are giving them by using some of the money to keep up the grounds which includes security and managing the restrooms. Is there security, yes. Are they helpful, no. They either stand up as a group and chat or sit in their vehicle rather than patrolling the grounds and deterring bad behavior. Moreover, the restrooms are out of order, with no regular maintenance to ensure they stay clean and well stocked. (See pictures of how the men's restroom looked for the week of Black Friday and how much worse it got by the Christmas holidays.) I feel the store options in this mall is top quality, yet the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the grounds up which includes expectations for the security staff they hire. Do more for the people, Town East Mall management team? We deserve for our community similar events that North Park Mall and the Galleria offer their guests.

This one has a huge ULTA section so if you do t feel like going to the actual ULTA store you might be able to get stuff from this Target. We came for water but we ended up spending almost $200. Got clothes, snacks, and yes we got water. They have plenty of registers but only one was open with a actual teller. Also plenty of self-check out which I'm not a huge fan of. If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.

The Home goods section is constantly refreshed with new merchandise. The only downside is the long wait time for billing, irrespective of the time of day. I see by previous reviews that this store is short on customer service. And I saw that also - the…read moreonly employees I found were at the register. The register was very near the door and although there was a line, I walked up to the side and asked a cashier where the baby items were. She seemed to be shadowing the person next to her so she was able to give me her attention and shot her arm in the direction saying, 'straight down the hall'. They had a large selection of baby clothes and many were on sale. I haven't shopped for a baby shower in a while, so I just grabbed the obvious - burp towels, blanket, bath towels and a few onesies. Yes, the stores these days are void of any salesclerks. Any wonder when so many people shop online now? But the stores could come up with a way to assist us. As a matter of fact, I came to Penneys because I checked online to find who around me carried Minnie Mouse, as that was the baby shower theme. Penneys showed a few items that are 'in stock', but when I was searching the baby area, I didn't find them and had to choose something else. I'm sure they can come up with a button for us to push for assistance - and the person who answers can help from a remote location! My checkout was quick and when I asked about a gift bag, the cashier told me they don't carry them anymore but gave me directions to a dollar store (ugh) so I could grab a gift bag. I was just notified not received so I resent with intention to have JCP to handle the lost item.. Amazing by their policy, I need to file a police report, to report it stolen ?? I have no idea what happened once UPS has possession! Then I send the Police report to an email CCR-SM@JCP.com before they even consider the credit for lost item. So I told her to cancel the new replacement order I placed. Can't after 30 minutes. So normally the store/sender would file a claim with UPS, RIGHT!! Lesson learned, According to Sally JCP if it says delivered that is what happened Then customer (me) has to jump through hoops to get credit & wait to replace the Christmas Present. That I now understand was shipped directly from manufacturer. Insanity at it's finest. Advised full disclosure needs to be noted in advance if item is lost..
