Rip offs. Items claim to be on sale when they aren't. That just brings them to the regular price. They lie about their sales.

Very nice professional staff. Very good prices. I enjoy the Cash Back program when you shop you typically earn Kohls bucks.

I had to return a couple of items to the Amazon counter, so I thought I would take the discount coupon They gave me and do a little shopping in the big and tall section. However, the Big and Tall section is for men really is terrible in my opinion but it is what it is. I spent about 30 minutes finding a shirt and was going to use my 20% off coupon and nothing has ever been told to me about special brands by any employee. I get up to the register and after all that wasted time, and the unreadable microprint says not that item. This company really doesn't respect or appreciate its customers as I couldn't care less about the product but how they do business is another thing. I'm disabled and didn't need to waste my time on this and a ridiculous "coupon" with "trick writing" in small print to get you to buy (in my opinion) Put it in a size people can see or care to read so you don't waste peoples time. read more

December 30, 2022 Do I recommend this store? No. Long lines with only 2 employees. And it's after Christmas. And someone thought it was a great idea to get rid of the price checking machines. So what's one to do? Stand in the long line at customer service or the long line thats backed up to the Sonoma ladies section to get a simple price check? I'm done with Kohls. read more

I have only visited this location twice, and both times, they forgot to remove the security tags from the clothes I bought. One was for a special occasion, so I couldn't even wear it because I didn't have time to return to the store and wash it before a job interview. read more

I would give it a "0" if there was a way. 5 registers lit up but only 1 cashier and she acted like she could care less that there was 15+ of us in line! She acted like she didn't want to be there, took her good old time checking people out, and carried on a long conversation with a customer before cashing her out. Another cashier finally came to help but then the first cashier left to put merchandise back on shelves!! I would've left but I had Christmas presents in my cart that I really wanted!! I will NOT go back to that store- going to give my business to the Kohl's in Forney!!! read more

I had a basket full of items today at 11:30am and there was only one cashier available and she was at the customer service desk. There was a line there as well. I walked out. I will take my money where they value me as a customer and my time. I understand why the brick and mortar stores are failing and online is the new normal. I won't be back. read more

This is definitely not the best Kohls in the metroplex area. I come here as a last resort because it's the closest to my home. The store is always so disorganized and understaffed. You seldom find what you are looking for in-store. read more

This is the closest store to me so I find myself here frequently. I also ship site to store since most things I prefer are only available online. Or I have to make a return. The return desk is great. Fast, informed and well trained. Everything is handled professionally. Most cashiers are rockin though those lines and are quick to call for back up when needed. The store is laid out well and most things are in stock. Some sections aren't as well covered by personnel as others. Some are organized ( arranged) better than others too. Overall I don't mind coming to the store. I do get great sales on many things I'm shopping for. read more

I can't speak to how this Kohl's compares to others as I don't shop other Kohl's. I can say that I like this store. The staff is OK as is the layout of the store and it's cleanliness. These would probably merit a 3 star rating- but they put some great things on clearance. We go about once every two weeks just to see what is marked down. These values are what takes this store into 4 star range. Add to that that we get a 10 dollar off card in the mail about once a month and this bargain loving guy is smitten. One recent example- my eldest son has been wanting some Vans. Well they had a pair marked down from 75 to 13 bucks. After using the 10 dollar off card I scored him those Vans for 3 bucks! These are actually pretty typical of the kind of deals I find here almost every time I stop in. read more

I love this place! We shop here often, and with all the coupons and discounts, rather cheaply. They send $10 off gift cards every 2-3 weeks, and the minimum they require the ticket to ring up to is $10! YES!!! Of course I go over the $10 some, but with additional discounts for buying more and inbox coupons that can be combined with all other discounts, why not? Oh, did I mention that they will accept returns without a receipt? The places that do that are few and far between. read more

I went to the Mesquite Tx. store yesterday to buy bras and shopped an hour picking out 5 bras to try on and went to the dressing room to try them on and found out the dressing room was closed because of Covid 19. Most of my shopping is done online now but I go to this store when I do retail. There was not a sign in the dept stating the dressing rooms were closed. I called this morning to tell the store that a sign should be placed in the dept stating they are closed and the girl that took the call was rude and hung up on me. I was told there was a sign on the front door and I should have read it and she hung up. I won't be going to this store again and if you think you'll get good customer service from the girl in the woman's dept it will not happen. I'll take my $ to another company. read more

Absolutely the worst Kohls in metroplex and will not be going back. I went shopping on 8/31/18 and spent roughly $89, at that time I received $10.00 in Kohls cash which was valid thru 9/4/18 to 9/12/18. On 9/12/18 I went to redeem the $10.00 online on a sweater I wanted and the cash was showing to have been used on 9/7/18 in Yuma AZ. The problem is I live in Dallas TX and have not traveled anywhere. I called the Mesquite location that issued the coupon and asked to speak to a manager, after sitting on hold for 7 min a lady name Gayle finally answered. I told her the situation and explained that somehow my Kohls cash was stolen and able to be used in a state I wasn't even in. Gayle then said "well what do you want me to do about it?" I tried explaining to her that obviously there is a glitch somewhere in their system because my cash was stolen electronically. Gayle then proceeded to yell @ me stating it was out of her hands and I need to call corporate. She acted very annoyed that she even had to take the call and was extremely unprofessional. This is the 3rd time my Kohls cash has not been able to redeemed bc it was used elsewhere. Nobody from the store can ever give me a answer as to how its happening and I get blown off every single time. I called the Rockwall location who did NOT issue the cash but the manager Melissa was so willing to honor it bc she understood something was obviously wrong with what was issued to me. I do not understand why Gayle at the Mesquite store couldn't have been the same way and tried to make things right with the customer instead of yelling and acting annoyed to have taken the call. I will NEVER go back to that store due to her unprofessionalism and always having issues with kohls cash and items not being put in my bag that are on my receipt. read more

This location was very helpful. I found a pair of shoes I really liked & rather than just dismissing that they didn't have my size in stock, the employee was very quick to ask if she could check another store for me. She found them in my size at the Rockwall location and even called them to ask them to hold the shoes for me. Very friendly and professional. Great service that you don't see much now days. read more

This Kohl's is in a giant shopping area and the parking is easy. I find this Kohl's has a good selection of the things I am shopping for. Customer service was good. I like the sales and the easy returns at Kohl's. read more

Parts of this store are a mess. Went looking for a bra and everything was mixed up and couldn't find anyone to help. Other areas are ok. Fitting rooms were also a mess. I'm only here's for the sale prices. read more

Great customer assistance and service. I would be inclined to shop a lot longer if it wasn't so hot in the store. I was sweating while shopping for shoes. It was about 9 in the evening and it felt like the air was off or the heat was on. However, the cashier at customer service informed me that corporate remotely controls the temperature. If that's true then someone needs to call corporate up north and let them know it's hot in Texas. I don't think this is true because the other kohl's in dallas do not typically feel like a sauna! UPDATE: a prompt response with concern for my experience will always yield a better rating. Glad to see corporate world still looks at every circumstance individually. Nice Job Kohls! read more

The only reason I did one star is because you couldn't go any lower. The girl in the customer service department was rude, mean & a liar. We went in this morning @ 8:00 and she was already complaining to the cashier that she didn't want to be there and the smart people where the ones that called in. So I went up to exchange some shirts and her first response is that you can take that to the cashiers. I'm like your customer service that's your job, so I just ask for a refund so I could get away from her. I go shopping come right back and the price is higher for the same shirt at the cashier so they send me back to her and she is like I'll do one but not both with a rude attitude. So I ask for a manger and tell him what going on and he tells her to do it so she keep asking him if he is sure. He tell her again to take care of it and then she comes back with that I cuss her. He states sir I will have you removed from this store for cussing a employee I'm like I didn't cuss her and that she a liar. So I tell him that he seems to be upstanding and don't go there, that never happen I never cuss her because if I did you would know and do would everyone else in this store. So he tell her again to give me the price that I paid. Now understand I have the org receipt. So she finally takes back the money she just gave me for the refund 5 mins before and checks it for counterfeit. I'm like you just handed me that money she like its our policy. Your policy is the check $5 bills. What a idiot. Also the cashier called her ( Kirstin) the wrong name and she yelling at her that's not my name, if you want me to answer you call me by my name , it's Christie. As I'm leaving the Manager (Allan) is like it that time of year and I'm like no she just a hateful rude person and shouldn't be working customer service. First of all, Their prices are way too high! No wonder this country is in debt! If you had 3 jr/high schoolage kids and had to shop there you would spend well over 800.00 just to get basics! A basic tank is 12.00. on this visit however, I was not shopping, I returned a bracelet w/the original tag on it, since I received 2. However I did not have a receipt since it was a gift. The item is listed online for 110.00 and then underneath says 80.00. If bought online. I didn't expect to get 80.00 cash but the policy says EVEN EXCHANGE and I was told that the item had been marked down to its lowest sale price and I was given a store credit for 17.00 and something. How can it be that if I had bought it yesterday on line I would have paid 110.00 yet if I go in store it's only 16.00 plus tax? I believe they are wrong for this since it is still on line for that price it is not clearance. Also the prices are so high that when they say sale, by all looks it looks like they are having a huge sale with incredible discounts and signs everywhere saying up to 80% off so in reality you feel like it's a sale yet it's still 45.00 for a simple sundress but at 80% that means it would cost about 130.00 to be that discounted which oes back to my original opening line read more
