Don't need to scroll everything in your store to find what I want. Just looking for sweaters

I love Ross but sometimes while I'm at stores I have to use the restroom and my daughters as well. Me and my daughters had asked the lady if we could go in the restroom and she said "yes" in a attitude I was like "ok is it open" because they usually have a code for you to put in she said "yes" in a attitude once again but I didn't care I and my daughters had to go I thought it was going to be clean. Wrong as soon as we went in it stinked and in all of the stalls there was flooded toilet paper every where and we had left. I told my husband we couldn't wait so he said ok take my truck we drived to khoals and used the restroom and went back. Second the line the line was almost to the back there was two resisters open but then one of the ladies had left so there was only one lady left she was fast but rude,it was also very hot I was like in a sauna. Great prices but omfg the people are rude, hateful and look at you down their noses. Especially the door monitors. We were buying several items, I asked if the had a restroom for customers. 'They closed', Are they normally open for customers? 'Yeah, but they closed, you can axe up front if the will open them, but they closed So I make an inquiry up front. Excuse me, do you have restrooms for customers. I got the same answer 'They closed' but in a more rude and condescending home as she looked down her glasses and nose at me. As I complained, my wife said the other employees were laughing. This is extremely rude and unacceptable way to treat any customer. No wonder they have customers that go in there and literally destroy the store by leaving crap everywhere. Guess when you treat your clients and customers like crap, they're going to make sure you have a reason. read more

I went to shop with my mom. Had to use restroom and stalls had no tissue paper in any of the holders. No paper in any holders and the bathroom was dirty . When I asked the dressing room attendant, she simply said " oh no" and didn't say anything else. read more

Although I love Ross this place doesn't have what I usually when I went there where lots of people in line when I checked out the lady was busy talking to the employees and when I was walking the alarm went off she said "oh it's fine you can go" even though everyone turned to see who it was that was stealing she ignored and and continued to scan the other persons things. read more

This location can be a hit or miss, but on my latest trip I hit the jackpot. I went in looking for housewares and got distracted by the dress section. There were so many great pieces I had to limit myself. This came at just the right time because I needed some cute outfits for my upcoming trip. This is probably one of the better locations that I have visited. read more

As a person that's worked retail for more than six years, I am for sure disappointed in this ross. The service is okay. It just depends on who you get help from. The manager is not doing what's expected, and they need to change her. I have been at this store multiple times, and the manager never solves people's concerns. It's not the people who work there that are bad. It's the store management. Oh, and they never have more than one cashier helping people! While the manager walks around the store. read more

I went to change and doors had magnets the size of a thumb they were very week witch makes it dangerous for privacy.

Half the staff wasn't wearing masks correctly, there was a long wait outside because the POS system was down and because of that there was cash only as well. I literally hate this ross read more

Gotta love Ross. I love to be able to dig and find great deals and they always change so you never know what you are going to find each time you go in. This store however seems dirtier than the rest. I feel that I have to bathe in hand sanitizer when I leave so that I can just be out in the real world. It's not a huge deal to me because it's worth it for the deals. I do wish that they would have their workers do a better job at recovery throughout the day because the later that it gets the worse that it gets. read more

Sitting in line for over 30 minutes. Line is all the way down the isle and they have ONE register open. The manager is just standing around, and multiple employees just sorting tags. Rediculous!!!!!! read more

The employees are always rude at this location. The customer service is terrible. I came in today and several other times to return items with my receipt and every time they either say they cannot do the return or even say their return system is down. When they see you in the return line they always ignore you. They are simply lazy and never want to do their job. And when i went to another location they were happy to do the return with no problems. Do not waste your time at this location. read more

After waiting in line in the customer service line for 30 minutes since no cashiers were available at regular check out lines an employee, Sarah, had very poor customer service skills and informed me that I was in the wrong line. Store is a mess, not enough help. read more

Walked in the store & the whole store was a wreck. We went to look at pillows & could not buy because there were 27 people in line, no joke, 27 separate families were in line. Ridiculous. My grandson wanted a toy & we had to tell him no because it would have taken us over an hour & we left the store with him crying. It was the messiest Ross I've ever been in. I will never go to Ross again they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life and from the manager!! I asked her to show me exactly where the Blazers were for professional dress and she never would take me to any of them she just kept saying they're right here all in here in several isles of clothes and there wasn't any there!!! As a reoccurring customer, I have spent over hundreds of dollars at this single location, customer service is never over the top, but not terrible as I keep to myself until checkout; although today I was with my husband shopping in the front electronic section around 2:20 and there was no one within our area (20ft or so). A young Caucasian woman approached us and said "you need to have our whole face covered with a mask". We gladly complied, as our nose and mouth were exposed while I was on the phone, but as we walked to the checkout we noticed around 12 people with no mask at all, and we did not see this young Caucasian woman approach them and tell the to have a mask on to be in the building. Maybe I didn't see these customers approached by the young lady (whom were still shopping around by the time I exited), but clearly on the door the sign says a face mask is REQUIRED to ENTER. In no way am I boycotting the company, I just feel if I was approached for the moment I had my mask off, I wouldn't be so upset that people were allowed into the location with NO mask at all. read more

Went into the store today. Found the PERFECT outfit for my son for Bluebonnet pictures this weekend. Thought I had hit the jackpot because, LUCKY ME, both the outfit and the shoes were on the clearance rack. Happy as a lark, I headed to the check out. Stood there for 20 minutes in long, loud, hot lines. Finally made it to the cashier and she started pulling the clearance tags off of the items. I asked what she was doing and she said, in the rudest possible tone, These tags don't belong on these items. I told her that wasn't my fault, I didn't put the wrong tags on the wrong items, her employees did and that she needed to honor the price that the items were labeled. When I started getting upset with her, she called over the loss prevention officer, I guess to protect her from the customer SHE WAS BUSY SCREWING OVER ! She told me the actual price of the item and asked, Do you want to pay full price or not? I threw the items on the counter and left the store. Why didn't I ask for a manager, you might inquire ? BECAUSE SHE WAS THE MANAGER ! It is absolutely unbelievable to me that a store can stay in business while providing such awful customer service. Now after reading the reviews on this store, I see that I'm not the only one. I will NEVER shop at this store again. EVER ! And I'll tell everyone I know not to shop there too. read more

I love Ross because they have such great deals that you really can't beat anywhere else. But what I absolutely HATE about this Ross is that you have to wait in line FOREVER before being checked out no matter what time of day you go. The line is freaking ridiculous, I'm talking about zig-zagged to the back of the store. Unless you like waiting in line for 30 minutes I really suggest going somewhere else. Ross, maybe you guys should really consider hiring more help because having only 2 registers open is causing COUNTLESS customers to leave. Take a look at it from a customers point of view. read more

I requested him to get me the clean one. He asked. "Do you want the clean one for the price of the dirty one? I replied I just need the clean one. Got to the ottoman. Store needs to be cleaned up. Arrived at store at 10 and so much merchandise was all over the floor. It's always this way and checkout lines are long. read more
