They hyped her up so much and gave her the full sales experience showing her how she can customize suits in the future for upcoming events. They even put a rush order in to get her outfit tailored in less than a week. BIG shoutout to the sales staff as well as the tailor for making this experience so painless.

My husband received a shirt from my mother that did not fit. I went to return with the original…read morereceipt since they did not have it in the correct size. I was told all I could do was either return the amount on my mother's credit card or receive a merchandise credit. On top of it, she used a $10.00 Kohl's cash on the purchase. So rather than take a little off each item, they deducted the whole $10. What was the point on saving the receipt? I could have returned without the receipt and still only got the store credit, and not lost the $10.00 Kohl's cash. I feel like I was screwed for doing the right thing. Kohl's puts their customers in a potentially embarrassing situation with a returned gift. You look cheap if you used Kohl's cash and are forcing the customer to shop in their store for something they may not want. They hold your money hostage with returns. Next Christmas or any other time I need to buy a gift that I'll purchase for anyone outside of the family, I'll shop elsewhere. Their customer service was nasty too. When I called corporate headquarters to check on their policy, I was told I was a liar, no store returns for cash, even though I just returned items at Penny's, Walmart and Boscov's which did. Then when asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. Go on Kohl's, keep treating your customers poorly. There are other stores out there we can use.

This place really is a blue collar work wear establishment. Offering many different brands such as Carhartt, Woolrich, and Pendleton. Basically anything you could find at your average retail clothing store. My only gripe is that the prices are a bit jacked up to full retail price. I ran to Mems Wearhouse and met the sale associate, Big Al. He graciously agreed to help me out. I spied a nice pair of blue pants and asked him to help me build an outfit around them. He quickly went to work and gave me several options along with his input. After about 20 minutes or so, we had a winner. My date was really impressed and blown away by the effort I put into the date. She snapped the attached photo and later framed it in her bedroom. I asked her that night if she'd do me the honor of being my girlfriend and she just responded with "there's no way I can even say no!" Not saying it was just the outfit, but it definitely helped. I returned tonight. less people (2 customers) and 3-4 employees. Same cadence. I wait, surely someone will say something. 10min pass I see two workers restocking shirts. I will approach them. The message to me, we have two people here that can do customs and give us 5 min. I tell them my measurements are the same and it's the print stock and accents. I left again after another 10 min in addition to the 15 min. The previous worker Pam and Q were amazing and are no longer there... currently terrible service. MW your service model has changed.
