I have a love/hate relationship with this Marshalls. I LOVE the hidden little gems that you find every so often... and even when you do not find hidden gems- you end up wasting money on things that you have to train your brain to know that YOU DO NOT NEED! With that being said... be ready to spend money on random things that YOU DO NOT NEED... for this reason I have so many random journals and kitchen gadgets, which I LOVE. So why the hate part? Well because I wished they opened earlier... and that they had more workers at the registers. The lines here get ridiculously long and they move SLOW! This store is very popular. The line for checking out is often 20-30 customers long to the cashiers. Yesterday after a long half hour period I reach the top of the line. As I waited a customer enter this area through an opening and walked straight to a cashier, skipping the line. I reported this to the manager, who looked at me with a puzzled stare. She was not interested in my complaint. Disappointed and dissatisfied was my reaction. It is the manager responsibility and duty to maintain customer satisfaction and to address those issues efficiently and professionally. I will be informing everyone in my family, friends, and coworkers of my store experience. And I won't be shopping there for a long time. read more

This Marshalls is quite organized and I actually like their home goods department. The home goods department has a good selection and I found what I have been seeking for almost an eternity-- non-stick drawer liners (either scented or unscented). My experience shopping at Marshalls has always been either hit or sorely miss as my size is unavailable, or the color desired does not exist, or the price is outside my budget range. The middle of the day, or late hours the store becomes a mess, the lines are crazy long, and it seems you cant really find anyone to help you out with anything. The shoe and clothes sections, and fitting rooms were quite busy. Just like other locations, the checkout line gets long especially on a Saturday afternoon. Come earlier and on a week day to have more room while browsing and to check out quicker. Some good beauty brands like Philosophy, Alaffia, Crabtree & Eveline, Alba Botánica, and Shea Moisture. This location has a parking lot, so if you're driving, come to this location for easy parking. Many city locations don't have convenient parking. Also, there's a Target next door. Come for 1 big shopping trip and get everything in 1 small area. read more

This store is not bad. The roof top parking lot is a big plus. Once you're inside you may find some good items. The staff are usually helpful, but the lines can get long, and are usually slow moving. The real problem is the customers. I can honestly say that the South Bronx has a tough crowd. Don't step on anybody's toes in this store. I found some Jamaican, and some Hawaiian coffee. I found a Dooney and Bourke handbag for my gf for only $88. I found some colorful Clementine gift bags as well. If you go arrive early, or be prepared to get aggravated. read more

I usually don't venture to this area of the bronx in marble hill section via Broadway but my cousin likes coming here and I do like shopping at marshalls so here I am. THE FULL VARIETY OF GOODS FROM clothing , shoes, home goods, mini electronics like cell phone chargers , solar power radios , and much more, As I walk the whole store i NOTICE some jumbo pillows in the back area and I couldn't resist AND a bed COMFORTER with all of the nfl teams logo and my cart is starting to fill up . I didn't find anything worth while in clearance area but the mini super bright flash lite is also coming home with me. Plenty of parking as it shares SPACE with other well know CHAIN stores . Useful place where you can get clothes at bargain prices. I bought a couple of dress pants and shirts for my son who is entering elementary school. There are many options by the rack but be sure to scrutinize the items before you buy. Previous shoppers have handled some of the shirts irresponsibly and left stains on the sleeves. Great store with lots of options. I can only find some good clothes. It really depends on the style and season. Lots of great finds. The home decor and essentials is my go to. I love bargain hunting and Marshalls is the place where I've gotten a lot of my favorite pieces. A cute Via Spiga Trench coat, excellent 400 thread count sheets, Michael Kors jeans, all way cheaper than in department stores or even places like Loehmans and Century 21. Just be prepared to comb the wracks and try on stuff, and check anything you select for rips, wear or dirt. I've only ever poked in the Men's section once and didn't find as much of a selection. When I need a little retail therapy, this is the place I go. I've occasionally handbag from someone like Dolce and Gabana, but I'm not a handbag girl and its usually a single piece or maybe just a couple. Oh, and one other thing for the ladies. If you're an odd bra size, you should definitely be hitting Marshalls or some other place like Loehmans or Century 21. I wear a weird size and can never find it in department stores or Victoria Secret but the bargain places will have wracks and wracks of them and they will be cheap. Get sized (you have had a sizing by a professional right?) and then hit a place like Marshalls to find your size at a price that won't break the bank. read more

The layout of the store is nice, they have a shoe department that has men and women's shoes, the clothing section is mostly women's fashions, while the tree is a strong causal wear section for men, there isn't a large business artire area. There do have a decent selection of houseweres. The line here however all almost always horrible. I've finally thrown in the towel on this location. Like any Marshalls, there are plenty of great finds, but there is ALWAYS a line with cashiers who seem to be ringing with the speed of the sloths from Zootopia. Today I got into line and was 3rd. After literally waiting 15 minutes with no progress, including a manager coming through and mentioning how long the line had gotten but then started straightening the hangers instead of ringing customers, I set down my purchases and left without them. I went to Marshalls with the sole objective of finding some cheap crystal wine glasses yesterday. Yes, it is possible to find these at Marshalls. I love Marshalls and its sister store TJ Maxx. They always have great deals on clothing and other items. It is just a matter of you finding the deal and being a little bendable on what you might be looking for. Sooooo.... Getting back to it. Yesterday I'd just recently come up from walking around in Washington Heights for the Dominican Day Parade and now needed to relieve myself in order to comfortably shop for these wine glasses. Marshalls was unable to offer that service because the bathrooms were out of order. So I had to make my way to the Target around the corner before I could shop in a relaxed state. This isn't a good idea for the bottom line of the store for many reasons. Fortunately this inconvenience didn't hurt Marshalls to bad. Other than that the lines were super long, both in length and time. The lines I'm use to, the wait no so as much. Perhaps, this was a bad day because it hasn't been as long on other occasions. The bottom line is this store is going to get 3-stars. I love the chain and have even found great deals here. This store can make some improvements but the brand is good. An additional positive is the store was fairly organized without things being scattered all over the place in a scattered manner. read more

Without a doubt the worst Marshall's in the Northeast, and for one simple reason...you will never be able to make a purchase in under 30 minutes. It may take you all of 10 minutes to make your selection, but expect to wait on line for at least a half an hour. 1) not enough people on the registers 2) for some reason there seems to be a family conversation going on at each register as opposed to a quick transaction 3) prices are never on items and as opposed to telling the buyer to stand aside while they search for the price they hold up the line waiting for someone to appear from housewares. This store is abysmal and the only reason it may thrive is because the customers have no options. My option is to shop in Marshall's in Hartsdale! read more

I normally hate spots like Marshalls, where you're forced to rummage through racks and racks of clothing only to find something you like in your size section and then it has a huge rip in it or is like six sizes too big. Womp. That said, this Marshalls is pretty standard. I do love that they have free rooftop parking between them and Target, definitely a plus. But this Marshalls is definitely not amazing or horrible. It is what it is. If you have patience, you can walk away with some good stuff. I only found one thing in here, but it was a $260 BCBG Max Azria dress for $30. Score! read more

I loss my cell phone in the store a few years ago the manager answered the phone and told me it was there and when I could pick it up. That was more than nice. It was a blackberry I am sure if it was iphone7 or 8 I would not have gotten the call but it was very nice to get it. Marshalls is the place if you the have patience to look through the racks to find that really hot item. Ofcourse they have many name brand clothes at bargain prices. Very rarely would you find big name designers. I personally like going thru their home section especially Ralph Lauren Bedding. U can't beat sheets for 20 bucks. read more

Great store! I've bought so many unique items here including my Quicksilver backpack with $20 off from the original price. I'd say this location has many unique items you can't really find at any Marshalls. For that reason I will definitely come back again. Lanes are not so big (10-30 people) and moving pretty fast. read more
