I was brought up shopping at Marshalls, but, after years of tediously having to hunt through racks for bargains and endlessly waiting on insane checkout lines, I had given up the hassle and stayed away. However, I was recently in the area of this location and needed to kill some time before dinner, so I decided to explore. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the picked through mess. There was low stock in various departments, as evidenced by the few remaining handbags hanging pitifully on the racks and the complete lack of a dress section. The store also had more one-off items, particularly in the shoe department. There were almost no endcaps highlighting their more designer items or those with extra stock and sizes. With all of that being said, I did wind up getting a sweater and did find the fitting room attendant and cashier both very friendly. Maybe their patience was due to the fact that the store was pretty empty for an early Sunday evening, but, regardless, it helped take some of the angst out of the experience. read more

An employee whose name begins with A provided me with poor customer service. A perfume was brought to the front for me as that is their policy. I asked for the perfume twice while she was ringing me up and she still forgot. She gave me a total without the perfume. I had to mention it a third time as she was having conversation with other associates as she rang me up. read more

Just had an amazing experience at Marshall's. After purchasing multiple items we had to take to our car. The cashier Faisal was extremely friendly and courteous. After ringing up the purchase he assisted with the bags and told us to have a wonderful day. read more

Although this location can get pretty messy & unorganized, has anyone been to a Marshall's, Home Goods, or TJ Maxx that isn't? I come here for the thrill of the hunt. For the most part I do get lucky. Since this location is conveniently located in the center of Walmart, BJ's, & other stores I frequent, I often visit them all at once which is simple enough with three kids by my side. We're able to find everything we need without having to travel. read more

I liked this Marshalls a lot! It is a smaller Marshalls, so the selection isn't as big, but I liked what I saw, They have a very big selection of shoes, clothes, cookware, pet stuff, and other things that you would see at almost any other Marshalls. However, this one was laid out well, like the store was in a complete straight layout, so all the categories and aisles were right next to each other instead of the store being split down the middle! The jackets seemed to be a bit more pricey, here, but overall, I liked this store! read more

Marshalls is always hit or miss but this one is largely a miss. As a side note... Would it kill someone to clean the restroom once in awhile? 2 stars because they DID have pretty nice soaps but the rest of the store is gross. read more

The manager told me I didn't purchase an item here that still had tags on it . I was just in this store yesterday . The attitude is insane from the poorly speaking English cashiers , the manager on duty is overly tattooed with them exposed & told me he didn't care what I thought about his customer service . Wow . So to make an exchange they have an intimidating bouncer type affect here , I'm surprised he didn't toss me out the store . The lines are always long . It's always a mess , they don't sell children's athletic footwear , the clearance section is only broken items . I wish I had 4 hands to give this location 4 thumbs down ! It went from ; " you didn't buy this here " to " we don't sell that brand " to " I can't find the item on shelves any more " . How about you just confess your horrible at customer service , you don't prioritize this retail position , so you don't care how you treat the shoppers . Simple . Not the best selection. Sometimes you find worn clothes on racks that have price tags on them. Basically a thrift store.

Probably one of the worst marshalls around . I wonder how they can stay in business . Wish they would stock up on better options . That would be amazing !! read more

This place is a total dump. Do not even waste your time. The store is always chaotic, unorganized and stuff is all over the place. The employees on the floor basically just talk and talk and too bad for you if you don't want to hear their personal conversations. Long lines, lackluster employees. Merchandise is often open, has shoddy packaging or is dirty. read more

The selection of merchandise overall is good. The prices are also good. However, good luck finding anything because the store is a mess. The customer service is pretty bad. There is no sense of urgency at the checkout. You can hear them talking about their personal lives or work gossip etc. Expect to be on line for awhile as the workers talk away amongst each other. Your time is NOT a priority at this store. read more

I absolutely love this company but this location is an absolute mess. As someone that works in a department store bigger than this store I know that things should never be left on the floor or in an aisle or blocking anything and clearly the workers here were not trained that way. I have shopped here in the morning and at night and the store isn't ever neat and tidy. I was there this evening and somebody dropped a bath salt jar and there was salt all over the place and not a worker on the floor to be found or nearby that looked like they cared how clean the store was. Also, this store's coworkers and management clearly do not get along twice I have been in the store when coworkers and management were fighting or arguing about something loudly for the whole store to hear and that is just trashy. It's not that hard to talk calmly in the back, you are never supposed to have a confrontation on the selling floor with a coworker and it makes all the shoppers uncomfortable. read more
