Some staff members did not know where certain items were located. They are friendly and try to help but they need a little more product knowledge. The pricing: It is a bit pricey here and they do not have a wide selection of items here. Overall: This store is pricey with their items so you should be prepared for that. I probably won't come back to shop but my friend will definitely come back to see how their service is when he needs to purchase his suit.

My Google review was removed so I am posting this here…read more Whoever worked the register on 2/27/2026 at 1:30 pm did not understand the difference between a return and an exchange and completely mishandled my transaction. I brought in two Eadem lip balms and one Dior lip balm. This cashier somehow exchanged my two Eadem lip balms for the Dior lip balm that I had already brought into the store, which makes absolutely no sense. To be very clear, I said I wanted to RETURN my two Eadem lip balms and then EXCHANGE my Dior lip balm for a different Dior lip balm shade. Instead, she processed it as if I was exchanging my two Eadem lip balms for the Dior lip balm I already owned. Because of this mistake, I was double charged for a lip balm I already had, which is completely unacceptable. These were supposed to be two DIFFERENT transactions and she put it into one. I later called the store and spoke to a cashier named Jenna, who laughed and dismissed the situation. She even acknowledged that the cashier was at FAULT, yet still told me that they would not refund me and that I should dispute the charge with my bank. Being told to go through my bank to correct a mistake that was clearly made by the cashier at SEPHORA is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. She then told me to Google the Sephora customer service number as she did not want to provide me it and promised me that if I called I would get my refund but I still have no refund. I asked if I can come in s store and show my receipt and get a refund instead and was told that they won't refund me in store. This entire experience was upsetting and incredibly disappointing. If this is how loyal Sephora customers are treated when a clear mistake is made by your employee then you have lost me as a customer. I am still waiting for my refund and for the store to correct their mistake.

They've really changed their products and obviously their prices. They added furniture in the last 10 yrs and upped their patio furniture also. The one thing I liked about Big Lots was their prices and their ability to have odd ball and weird stuff. Now it seems they are competing with other stores. Their prices are higher than Walmart. They took out the arts and craft sections for kids. I think it was a better store when it was a Mish mosh of random stuff for less. Now it's just like any other store. They do have cute and nice things but you can find them cheaper elsewhere. I was really bummed out.

They do not greet you when you come into the store. Pricing: The perfumes here are $9.99 and up depending on what kind of perfume or cologne you are looking to purchase. They also had a sale at the time where you buy certain items and get the second item 50% off. Ambience: The store did not have any music playing and you could hear the people outside of this store. The store was pretty much clean with no debris on the floors or countertops. Overall: I believe my friend was satisfied with his purchase at this store.
