The staff must enjoy working here because they all seem to be having a good time bringing dresses back to the dressing rooms and checking on customers with smiles and general happiness. The store was crowded (which is to be expected on a Saturday this time of year), but we waited over an hour in line for the fitting room. The girl who was working the fitting rooms was polite and working very hard. The one cashier Bryana was extremely rude. Its obvious this girl dislikes her job. Im sure the store is running on bare minimum staff, but that is not a reason to be abrasive to customers. Most people shopping for prom is a once...maybe twice in a lifetime experience. Please dont act irritated when you are doing the job you were hired to do. Greeting customers, answering questions & helping others is a job requirement. The product quality and value for the clothes is extremely reasonable for Reno, but there are many dress shops in the area that people can go to and if the employees at Windsor are like Bryana, people do have other options for their shopping experience.

The store is easy to find in the Foothills Shopping Center and parking is of no issue. The staff and owner are all incredibly kind and warm. They each struck up conversation and talked with every one of their customers. Laurie walked my daughter and I around the store showing us the different sections and items. They have so many amazing little outfits. There is an adorable selection of mommy and me dresses/skirts - absolutely perfect for those family photoshoots! They have a variety of bags for mom, toys for the kids, as well as some lotions/skincare with pretty clean ingredients, which was such a nice surprise. In the back of the store they have a small table that today had crafts for the kids (little easter masks), and cookies from the Cookie Corner, as well as an adorable photobooth set up! Laurie informed me that they will be able to host baby showers and other small events in the back which is a wonderful idea! I hope to be able to utilize this in the future. They did the opposite and got rid of the clothes. When I called, one of the managers initially said they would make it right by increasing the cash they owed me for the clothes they did purchase, and told me to call back for the amount. But when I did, I was told they didn't need to do anything since I had "signed something" that allowed them to get rid of my items. This is not just poor communication. It's bad customer service. They went back on their word, didn't respect my instructions, and left me with no resolution. I will never go back.

Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.
