Unfortunately, the dress was not finished in time, and communication has now stopped, as l've been blocked after requesting a resolution. She had shipped me the dress half made- not fitting correctly and now what I originally asked for, once i messaged her she blocked me on everything. My previous place had a pet spa, and now I'm left to my own devices! I'd rather not bathe the pup in house, THEN have to clean the bathroom. So I was happy to find out about the pet cleaning station at the Rincon location. We walked in early, about 8am on a Friday, and were greeted by Terry. He was so helpful! We went to the back to wash the pup, and another employee, I didn't catch her name, was equally helpful! The cleaning station wasn't cleaned from whomever used it heftier. But it wasn't in terrible shape (I've experienced much worse pet cleaning stations). I LOVE that there are towels, pet soaps, pet dry stations for large and small pets, and a pet shower station with SEVERAL nosel options. Something I didn't think I needed when giving my dog a bath. The drying station for large dogs is next to an open outlet, what was a bit concerning to me, and the apparatus for my dog to sit in was a bit wobbly, but we made due. We paid $9.99 and we will DEFINITELY be back!

All the people from the back of the line went to that register. A register directly behind me opened and all of the people that were behind me got to start using that register. Meanwhile, I am still sitting behind the person who was allowed to cut in line. By the time I made it to the register everyone that was behind me had already checked out. People that weren't even initially in line were already checked out before I made it to the register to begin checking out. It's obvious that they do not know how to handle being busy. Hopefully, some of their business will go to the new store in Bloomingdale so their customer service will improve.
