My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. Great point program too, BTW.

Fortunately, I also took a photo of the shipping label from my return email and the bar code there was readable with his device. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

This disorganization directly impacted us, and I question why the previous group was given such leniency at the expense of our session. After leaving, my husband went back inside to speak with them and returned to say we could proceed with our session. I quickly dressed our dog in his sweater and returned to the studio within minutes. However, we were then told we had taken too long and would need to reschedule. This level of inconsistency and lack of respect for our time was shocking. We drove over an hour for this session, only to have our appointment mishandled at every turn. The lack of coordination and time management on their part not only disrupted our plans but also left us feeling like we were being penalized for their own missteps. Their approach to customer service and scheduling needs serious improvement to avoid inconveniencing clients in this way.

Making a left back onto Park street to leave is difficult and the only other exit is a right turn only onto Bay Pines, headed to the beaches and Seminole.
