The clothing selection is also great. Everything is clean and in great condition. I often buy clothes for my mother here since her clothing sometimes gets misplaced at the nursing home. It's a much more affordable option than buying new replacements. I've noticed some people mention prices in other reviews, but honestly, I've always thought they are very reasonable. Especially compared to buying new items these days. The kitchen section is also worth checking out. I got a stainless steel pan here that's become my favorite to use. The furniture pieces are definitely my favorite part of shopping here. They consistently carry well-made older pieces. I've been gradually replacing my cheaper furniture with timeless finds from Second Image.

Each day of the week, M-Sat they have different sales on different items...I bought my high end sleeper sofa there on 1/2 off furniture day...any other day it was $300 but I only paid $150!!! Now, I lovvvvve thrift stores, the more crowded and chaotic, the more opportunity for treasure! I only go on half odd days so it gets pretty busy and they always runout of carts. There are only 6 dressing rooms so be prepared to wait as ppl fill their baskets beyond capacity to try on. There is a huge selection and quality honestly ranges all over the place but if you are true thifter, you are willing to be patient and look. I find most things to be separted by type of clothing but not size and and some spots look to have a color sequence but its easily mixed up quickly by customers. Its definitely not overly clean and I find it to be quite dark in the store. You will also come across some questionable people but hey, Im not there to make friends, just find some deals. #1 Rule: Definitely wash everything when you get home before wearing again.

I understand it's a mix of new and used…read moreitems as a retail superstore, however obviously used 5x7 picture frames being priced for $8 is insane - I can get one new at TJMaxx or Target for that price, or 2 on Amazon. I also browsed the bags and while they had some great name brands, they wanted $50 for very well worn Kate Spade bags. I can get a brand new one from NordstromRack for $75, or the Kate Spade outlet for $99. Why would I pay $50 for something that's missing half its leather?! When I was there looking for picture frames, there was also only one cashier but she was over at the service desk so it made the checkout process very confusing for a lot of people. And they also don't provide bags anymore. Thankfully I had reusable ones out in my car for the two books and one picture frame I got, but imagine going in planning to refresh your wardrobe and then having to schlepp it out to your car in just a pile/heap instead of bags. How bizarre. Goodwill is officially off my thrifting list.
