She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. It's only February 13, which is not an excessive amount of time after the holidays to request a simple credit. The complete lack of flexibility and customer service was frustrating and left a really bad impression. I won't be shopping here again and I hope you won't either.
