I really don't understand why payment was made to these people considering the wrong billing address was showing. Really irresponsible. Update your system. So great that I had to say thank you and let her know how this visit was the total opposite from the last. I also experienced two other employees-one in jewelry and the other in mens and they were also very kind and helpful. The gentleman was even alert and standing waiting to help someone. I was shopping for school supplies for multiple children--definitely not a small task--and Ray stepped in right when I needed help. He took his time walking me through the aisles, helping me locate everything on my list (and even reminded me of an item I had completely forgotten I needed!). What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it.
