This process can be very overwhelming. The offer, negotiations, the loan, inspections, repairs, deadlines, difficult people.... It can feel like torture- UNLESS you've got Jill in your corner. We had a fairly unusual circumstance with the sale of our home which could have resulted in us pulling our hair out daily but Jill just handled all of the difficulties, making it look easy! She is incredibly knowledgeable, very ethical, and absolutely went to bat for us every step of the way. I know it can be tempting to go it alone to save money but let me tell you, having Jill on your team is worth every penny and then some.
