I didn't think l heard her correctly and said I need a bigger one can you look for one underneath? Nope!! Then she said to a guy named Randy, she wants one underneath. He replied give her what she wants! I'm like what is the issue here. I come in all the time and buy meat. When Randy walked up front she said to me.. Don't expect this to happen again. We aren't supposed to lift the paper and slapped the meat she wrapped on the counter! I didn't know how to respond. I regret not giving her the steak back and just leaving. I will not step foot in that place again! It's truly sad because maybe my business isn't a concern for them, but eventually it catches up when others feel the same way and stop going there. Believe me I spend a lot in meat and I'll go to Chanatrys where the butchers are polite and want to help! Oh and she didn't even use plastic or gloves to handle it, just grabbed with her fingers!
