I ordered flowers from another local establishment and they called the day of my Mother's Birthday to inform me because of supply chain issues they could not deliver the flowers. I asked if they could replace them with other flowers and all they could do was offer a refund. I called Martha's and they could not have been more helpful. Their customer service is top notch. Couldn't be more satisfied. We needed a balloon bouquet for my dads birthday who is vacationing in Florida. I called, told them what i was thinking a dozen millar birthday balloon to be delivered the next day. She suggested a snack basket to hang the balloons from and what a GREAT idea. Our dad was thrilled. The price was perfect and she did deliver the basket and balloons early the next day and exactly wait better then I even expected. This is my first review and I thought I'd send a happy review for this floral shop. We reside out of state and needed to send a bouquet to my mother's grave site in Florida. After some shopping around I settled on Martha's. What a wonderful experience for a (somber occasion) it was my deceased mothers birthday. After my online order I received a courtesy phone call from the florist asking would it be okay to substitute one color flower for another in stock. Not only did they call me personally I also received a lovely email with a photograph of the beautiful floral arrangement set on my mothers' grave. After seeing the photo it actually made me feel right about my choices with the arrangement and the florist. I loved the personal touch. I will be using Martha's in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking out a florist. They are definitely in the right business and know how to please their customers. read more

We called Martha's because we wanted flowers for a funeral service, specifically gardenias. Martha's told us that gardenias were not a good cut flower to use because they wilt too quickly but they could provide a gardenia bush. They also suggested putting daisies in little vases in amongst the greenery of the bush for added color to which we agreed. The gardenia bush was larger than we expected and absolutely beautiful with the white and yellow daisies mixed in, and the bush had about 7 or so gardenias in full bloom. This is a wonderful florist. We were recommended to them when my mother passed away, and we needed flowers for the funeral. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted, and the lady who was there was so compassionate and really took time with my family while we were trying to pick something out. We were never rushed or pressured to buy anything extra, and she was very willing to work within our budget. We all found an arrangement we all liked and she put the order in right away. (They also have very cool, unique items for sale in the shop) When we arrived for the viewing, the flowers were there and they were gorgeous! We were so pleased with how they looked, they did such a wonderful job. Even the back of the arrangement was full and vibrant. Mom would have loved it. Stopped in for an arrangement as I was visiting Florida National Cemetery - they did a lovely arrangement in only about 10 minutes. I was showed photos of arrangements in different sizes and price ranges that are used in the veteran's cemetery. The $30 arrangement was beautiful and fresh and less expensive would have been fine. Really nice job and friendly people. They also have a service in which they will put flowers on site and take a photo and send on either a regular schedule or for your chosen days. Great idea and I'm glad I found the shop (easy to get to cemetery from there also). read more
