The Seasons is just a beautiful apartment complex great trusted neighbors, great maintenance, great…read moreswimming pool, awesome Living. And Matty, the front office manager is super awesome and understanding. Bottom line she's good all around good Manager. Thank you Seasons for allowing me to live comfortably.

We have definitely had our ups and downs here in the past 3 years, and, I think most folks who post…read morereviews are sharing only bad experiences. So I will share both. The bad: We were in an apartment right next to the mini mart, and because they took down the fence between the properties to let people through to mini mart, we had several people wander over from there and sleep on our back porch. I was told that residents had requested the fence be taken down and Seasons accommodated them- I think the security issues from opening that fence greatly outweigh convenience of a thru-way! That has been our biggest complaint about living here. 1 other thing- I have seen a lot of trash being left on the walkways behind the units. Mostly food wrappers, but some larger things as well. Safety: To respond to another poster- we have had no break-ins, our cars have not been touched, no problems with neighbors, and certainly no shootings that I am aware of. Ive never heard any gunshots. I think its mostly a safe neighborhood. The good: neighbors have been very nice. Ive experienced it to be a quiet complex. Its older, but even so I think the apartments are better built than newer complexes, and the sound proofing is WAY better than Ive seen in newer apartments. For the amount of dogs here-many-I think the grounds are way cleaner than I have seen at other complexes that allow dogs. Only very occasionally do I see dog poop. Maintenance is great, on site, and very responsive/friendly. They keep up with repairs in a timely matter. The staff has been wonderful to us. My daughter is disabled and on a Sec 8 voucher- and the staff has been so kind to her, and worked hard to get her into an ADA unit. The agency responsible dragged their feet on getting her in there, but the staff was helpful every step of the way, and held the apartment open for us for 2 months while working things out with the housing agency. They were kind and persistent in working through all the obstacles. No place is perfect. We've lived at several complexes and this has been a good experience. I highly recommend the Seasons!

Once again, I have to write that Islandia Condo has a MOLD problem and yes, I'm an owner…read more Here's a summary: Islandia Condo Problem :MOLD! There is a considerable mold problem at Islandia Condos. It is all over the Cabana roof and is spreading to the condos. If you live at Islandia don't have it in the ceiling of your balcony yet, you're lucky. Many of residents do and may not know it. It can fall and form on your deck and you can track inside to carpets where it will grow. Health Problems are associated with mold including allergies, asthma, coughing, sneezing, respiratory illness and worse. The HOA & E Condos are well aware of the problem, but to date has not offered any remedy for it. I'm an owner and have lived here 8 years. The mold is spreading. I've seen it in other condo balconies too, but the main source of it is the Cabana. If you go there, it's in the roof and the flooring outside. If you walk around it, you can track it into your home. Some action needs to be taken and I believe the HOA is responsible for taking action to get rid of it. What's being given are indirect suggestions that homeowners do it all themselves. So far, communications about how to do that have been in the form of assurances that the mold is harmless and toe use of some detergent and brush to get rid of it, but in my own balcony, I can't even reach it all. It's not part of my condo. I have asked for a copy of the "report" that a contractor gave saying the mold is harmless. So far, no response. Homeowners, if you have the mold, you really ought to be at the next homeowners meeting to call attention to it and ask for it to be removed. If you don't have it, you will. Believe me. Don't wait. I told the manager Steve Beasley about it a year ago and he did nothing. I've told the HOA about it and still nothing has been done. Please join the meeting for discussion of the matter before you have the same problem. And by the way, it's anything but FUNNY. You won't be laughing when you have it. If you want to see what I'm talking about, there are pictures on my profile.

I have been sorry ever since I bought my unit since the day I moved in!!!!!…read moreThe then HOA President Bill and Manager Steve abuse their power, Play favorites and make very bad decisions. They dont listen to anybody they dont like. The last HOA meeting I was at had 2 owners attending and that was it. Now we have Linda Lee as manager. I have never seen anyone so sad and power hungry in my life. If you say no to her and prove to her she is wrong in any way to will Lie, back stab and blame anyone else for her not being able to do her job. Truly a very sad disturbed person. I got behind in my HOA dues due to two surgeries back to back within 30 days. I owed 1295.00 but Kappes Miller Charged me for anything and everything they could including 25.00 dollars for every letter the sent me plus move for a certified letter. They bumped up my bill to 1800.00!! Mind you all they have to do is put the letter under you do. That is how Steve handles things. The manager Steve is now older then dirt and not getting things done or done properly which cost us twice as much because one unfilled pot hole becomes 2 the 4 then 10. Two sets of wooden stairs and starting to fall apart because all Steve does it put a cheap coat of paint the dosen't even last a full year on them. It's disgusting my hard earn money goes to pay this man for a very sub pair job. The HOA board is like to many thick as theives, the good old boy system. They all think just look down on anyone who is not on the board. No one evens goes to the meeting. The owners cant stand these people. Idiots at best! Its all very sad you would think that they would all work together there have been a number if people who have moved out because if the different managers and Bad HOA board members! The said part is I may have to keep this condo for life. Just dont move here! Greg

It's an absolute treasure, and I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed at an apartment complex. The management are top notch - warm and friendly and never intrusive. Maintenance issues are dealt with fast and courteously. The apartments are clean, cute and well lit with lots of natural light thanks to the kitchen garden window. Great insulation - I don't feel like the walls are made of cardboard, unlike the last place we lived. The sound and sight of the creek running by makes me feel like I'm in a hidden oasis in the city - instant noise deadener - although it's very quiet here. The view from my apartment is gorgeous and serene, and nobody can see into my apartment, nor can we see into anyone elses. Every few months the owner throws a "get-together" for all the tenants to get to know each other - if they choose to. So far we've had a July 4th, an Octoberfest and a Christmas "do" . Parking has been no problem whatsoever, too. Before we moved in it didn't seem there could possibly be enough spaces, but we've never had any issues. I can't say enough in praise of this lovely little place. And to top it off, it's only about a mile from the freeway - easy access for me to get to work. The neighborhood surrounding the complex is nice for walking a dog around, until it gets dark - 15th Ave is not well-lit at night. Hamlin Park (only 2 miles away) is an easy park to get to. Speaking of pets - although they welcome them here, I almost never hear them. Or kids for that matter...it's so quiet and peaceful we might never leave!
