Please visit any other establishment than this one! The owner has a bad attitude, poor customer service, and is unethical in her business practice. When I called to schedule an appointment, she questioned how many other boutiques we were going to visit and asked for their names. She claimed that other places would not allow us to try on quinceañera dresses if we weren't going to buy. She also questioned my knowledge of quinceañera dress pricing. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment not knowing we had more options! When we got there for our appointment, she asked if we were planning on buying today. I told her we weren't sure ....it depends if my daughter finds something she likes. She then told us we could only try on 2 dresses. I explained we had driven 45 minutes and she should have shared when we called to book appointment. She rudely said no one else will allow you to try on dresses. We ended up leaving. There are so many other great boutiques. Don't waste your time with Martha! She's unprofessional, rude and has poor customer service! read more

This is By far the Best Boutique for Quinceñera Dresses, me and my mother absolutely loved everything about it. It was an amazing experience and I hope to come back if ever needed to be in a ball gown or something of the sort. Martha was So nice and she was very considerate of everything, she was very precise and has everything ready when needed, I loved the tiara and everything, dresses here are NOT expensive. Unless you're picky then things might get tricky but if you know what you want and you have human decency you you'll be fine lol I ended up getting the Ruffled pastel pink dress and I absolutely loved it, she was very considerate about mine and my mothers current economic situation and she was very sweet. I saw a couple of bad reviews but if you're rude and are picky people will return the Same energy back. So just don't be rude and you will be fine in life. This place is Above and beyond I Loved it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Martha, or whoever the owner is, IS DISHONEST. Aside from having the worst attitude ever, she told me that she was going to order a Quinceanera dress from the Vizcaya line from Morilee but she took it onto herself to get the dress made by somebody else without my approval. There are other places in Modesto, Oakdale, and Ceres that are much more affordable with better service. I am surprised that this business is able to survive due to the lack of professionalism. My family has been going here since they opened back in 2008. My mom just recently bought her wedding dress from here and it's perfect for her beach wedding. My family came in on a Saturday and we drove in all the way from Lodi and arrived at 1:30. we had called 2 numbers until we finally got an answer. We were told they had an a family emergency and couldn't make it in (Which is understandable). The girl on the phone then asked when the quinceañera was she and told us it was too soon to be looking and my niece wouldn't be able to try on dresses anyway. so we left. Very unprofessional. I went on a Thursday at 1pm and the shop was closed, I called and no answer. I received a text message asking how I could be helped and was told they would be open 3-6. Online hours are different. I was texting the number and I was told to make an appointment, which I did for Monday at 1. I show up with my daughter and the shop is closed. I called and texted and no answer. After 1pm I receive a text that they are closed due to the AC not working. But I had an appointment and wasnt notified. She then calls me and asked if I was ready to buy, and tried to say that I had rescheduled several times, which was a lie because it was my first appointment which she actually suggested I make. I then get a rude text message telling me that many people go just to try on dresses but don't buy, and if that was my case then they can't help me. Unbelievable. Im just baffled that this women is in business. Maybe she needs to find something else to do that isn't customer service. Don't go here. Your wasting your time. read more

Do not be blinded by the low prices you get what you pay for this lady is never at her office when SHE sets your appointment twice we were told to be there at a specific time by Martha and she kept us waiting for an hour outside for her since the office was closed. We still put in our deposits and got sized for dresses. All the dresses were off in measurements but none of us knew since she told us we could not try them on because she didn't have time... but a few of us of course refused to pay unless we could try on the dress. Just be carful with this woman she behaved like a scam artist she even tried to say some of us never came in to get measured so we had to pull out the receipt and wait even longer for the dresses. Very unprofessional the whole time :( if you choose to do business here don't let her rush you into anything! Went to this shop to find a prom dress ordered it and paid a deposit . When I called to follow up on my order the owner did not remember who I was or what I ordered I understand she must meet a lot of people but her system must be very unorganized I had to personally got to the store to take her a copy of the receipt so she could locate the order in her files. My dress however was perfect and came in really quick a few weeks later . She needs to not list store hours and list a please call me sign on her door and websites since he store never seems to be open . I know Bianca's bridal is one of the most expensive shops which she told me a few different times but you get what you pay for honestly rather pay more money on a dress for better customer service especially when shopping for a dress for a special day like prom a wedding and quince. read more
