Bianca's came highly recommended. We came here for my daughter's senior prom dress. James spent at least 2 hours with us on a Friday before closing. He was so helpful and you could tell he really cared. He worked really well with my daughter and made us feel comfortable. We've gone to other boutiques where we have to find help and the quality ever seems to match the prices. My experience here was nothing short of amazing. Everyone there was super nice. I had been to one other place to try on dresses before I came to Bianca's and I wish I would've went here first! I walked in feeling welcomed and not like a burden, even though I felt like I would be. I wasn't sure exactly what kind of dress I was looking for and I, for sure, wasn't very helpful when it came to giving feedback on the dresses I was trying on. MY REAL HONEST REVIEW: My stylist was Angie and she was the absolute sweetest. She picked out about 5-7 different dresses based on my Pinterest board and my body figure. The first dress she put me in was nothing like I picked from Pinterest but she knew exactly what she was doing because it ended up being the dress for me. I tried on so many other after but couldn't stop thinking about the first one. She listened to everything I pointed out and she was so quick to adjust and make me feel so comfortable. Lighting is top tier, dressing room is gigantic, and platform you stand on to showcase the dress with your friends/family is pretty private, which I liked. Please don't waste your time here. I was paired with a stylist who seemed completely unprepared and didn't understand my vision at all. The options she brought out were nothing like my inspo photos. When I asked for accessories, she either brought items that didn't match or said they didn't have anything available. I was also never measured to ensure proper sizing, which made the experience feel even more careless and unprofessional. On top of that, the dresses I tried on were significantly too large and weren't even clipped to help visualize the fit. I was also told that the dresses on the rack were the exact ones being sold--despite being visibly worn, dirty, and stretched out. This meant I'd be expected to purchase an ill-fitting used dress and pay extra for major alterations. I left feeling shocked and disappointed. After sharing my experience, I found out others had gone through similar situations. Overall, it was a complete waste of time for both me and my bridal party. read more
