This review is overdue! With my wedding in a month I needed a dress stat! I had a horrible experience at a shop in Pleasanton and gave Miras a call. Mira herself was to the rescue she is extremely professional and I felt at ease right away. When I arrived Katy had pulled some dresses I went from not liking a single dress and honestly having no idea what I'd want to having multiple and having a hard time choosing!! I was able to leave with my dress (this is not always typical) and take it straight to the tailor! Katy and Mira went over and beyond for me I couldn't recommend them more. WOWzers, such an AMAZING experience from the moment I stepped into the boutique up until I was waving 'goodbye' after saying YES to the dress! Some background, Mira's was my 2nd bridal boutique I visited on my marathon dress shopping Saturday & when I left, I couldn't stop thinking about the last dress I tried on so I found myself in for another appointment a week later. Something I'd like to point out - I made 4 appointments at other bridal boutiques and Mira's is the only place that reached out a month before to ask about the style I was interested in and the vibe of my wedding. It was so easy to text pictures of my dress options I was leaning towards and to talk to the stylist. That is for sure a bonus so they don't have to wait until your actual appointment to get a feel for what you're looking for. I worked with Kaylin both times & she was such a dream to work with! Super sweet & very accommodating. I enjoyed her feedback/input and honestly, it didn't feel like she was just my stylist but also, a friend. She made my cousin & I (& my mom at the later appointment) very comfortable with the whole process. Down to hyping me up every time I walked through the blue curtains to stand on the pedestal. I could not say enough good things about Mira and Katie!!! This was our second appointment to find my sister's dress and what a MASSIVE difference from our first visit to a much more corporate, chain bridal store. Our first experience elsewhere felt like a rushed, whirlwind of an experience that left us feeling more confused and stressed than when we started. Our experience with Mira's felt like a literal dream. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, relaxed and cared for. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured and Katie really took the time to get to know my sister and her wants and needs. They had personal touches sprinkled throughout the appointment and there was a wide variety of styles and sizes. We ended up leaving with a STUNNING (and very unique) gown that my sister absolutely glowed in, which Katie had slipped into the lot with the rest of my sister's choices.... I purchased my wedding dress from Mira Bridal in August of 2020 for my spring 2021 wedding. I recently realized I forgot to leave a review! Just about everything about my experience at Mira Bridal was great. I booked my appointment online pretty seamlessly and filled out a questionnaire. I tried on some dresses secretly beforehand so I knew a few I wanted it narrowed down to, but I didn't want anyone in my crew to know this so I left notes for the bridal consultant. She read them and confirmed it with me in a text. It was super convenient. I drove up to MB all the way from Bakersfield because of the good reviews and the selection of designers. I would recommend this is one of those shops that is worth the drive if you don't have decent options near you. In my town, the only store I had a good experience at just didn't have designers I really liked for gowns unfortunately. When we arrived, the salon was pretty much to ourselves and I brought my 2 guests because at the time covid rules were pretty strict and businesses were just reopening. The consultant was very helpful and made the process pretty seamless, and engaged my guests in conversation as well. The only down side to the whole experience was at the time, due to all the wedding industry issues going on, they had sold quite a few of the samples and I didn't get to try on some of my top picks. I ended up just having to decide between a different set, but it ended up working out and I did end up loving my dress. The pricing was totally reasonable, my gown came on time (I actually think maybe even a week early), and every experience and interaction was positive. I also felt the shop was cuter than many of the ones I had been to in the process, too. Totally worth my 3 hour drive! read more

I made my appointment here the literal day after we booked our venue, having no idea what to expect or even what kind of dress I might want. The attendant who helped me, Kaylin, did an incredible job pulling dresses that flattered my body type but also represented by personal vibes and taste. She was incredibly sweet, funny, and helpful, and went out of her way to not only make me feel special but also put me at ease. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her, especially if you're going into your appointment feeling nervous. The boutique had a good selection of wedding dresses from a wide range of styles, and I feel like there's probably something there for everyone. My friend and I were allowed to wander around and pull dresses as well as Kaylin pulling dresses that she suggested. I tried on 12-15 dresses total, and they all had extremely different styles and vibes. Their lowest price range seemed to be in the $1300 range, so if you're on a tight budget I would definitely keep that in mind. Kaylin was transparent about price the entire time with every dress we pulled, and she was really understanding about my trepidation spending that much on a single dress to be worn for a single day. She even ended up giving me a discount of $100 which was very much appreciated. Basically, just go here. Came in to look at dresses and they stated I need an appointment to take pictures or even look at dresses. The boutique was EMPTY I understand I wasn't gonna try on dresses just wanted inspo and to look. Then EVERY dress I did like the woman stated oh that won't fit you. Your section is this way they're discounted plus size. First off I was less than half the size of her to be judging me AND 3 weeks postpartum. All their dresses were not size inclusive they didn't carry anything above a size 4 sad. Don't support businesses like this PLEASE it's just sad I would love to go shop their regular boutique but never again will I go into or recommend this store. read more

I purchased my wedding dress from Mira Bridal in 2020 and had it altered to fit before my wedding was cancelled due to Covid shutdowns. By the time we re planned our wedding in 2023, I had just had a baby and was no longer the same size and ultimately decided I needed to look for another dress with just a month to spare. I called Mira Bridal and spoke to a sweet girl who told me that because of my time frame I would need to make a purchase off-the-rack, so it would be best to come in the following day when they first opened. The following day, When I walked in with my mom and started to look around at the off-the-rack selections we weren't greeted by anyone working but instead told in a snarky tone by Mira that baby strollers weren't allowed near the wedding dresses and that we would have to park it at the front (okay, fine) as I looked at some dresses we were then approached by another employee, who in a rude tone said that if I didn't have an appointment I would not be able to look at the dresses. I explained to her that I had spoken with someone on the phone and that she had told me to come in, she respond with "it doesn't matter what she said, you need an appointment and we are all booked this is the middle of wedding season!" As if I wasn't there for that very thing? Lol! We were the only customers in the store and I was honestly taken aback by her tone and lack of customer service skills. When I explained my situation and that I had purchased my wedding dress from mira bridal already and that my only intention was to buy off the rack they magically had an appointment that very day. If I wasn't in such a need for a dress I would NOT have returned for my appointment. When I returned for my appointment, WITHOUT my baby or stroller I noticed there was a bridal party trying on dresses with a stroller near the dresses. After an already unpleasant experience that should've been a joyous one, During my appointment the comments made about my boobs and 'curvy' body were so unwarranted all I wanted to do was find a dress and get the hell out of there!! Mira Bridal treated me so well: first I had to cancel my initial appointment - but my appointment fee was transfered to a new day without having to pay for my appointment again, so lovely of them. Then we talked on Instagram, I let them know what date and time I wanted but it didn't get seen until the time was already taken and I didn't have another good time for my party (and had already rescheduled on them 3 times!) - they went above and BEYOND making it possible to get that appointment after all. I'm not sure if they had to move someone else to do that, but I was shocked they were so accommodating!!! Then on the day of my appointment, Cristy was so down to earth and made my nervousness completely melt away while she helped me shop for gowns. I couldn't try my perfect gown on all the way because the sample size was small, but Cristy helped literally wrap me in the dress to visualize what it would look like on me, and I knew it was the one.
