I told every place I went to about this shop and how rude they are and have told lots of brides since as well. I don't understand why the owner needs to know the exact location of your wedding. She asked where it was I kindly mention the city then she asked the exact location & it felt odd but I mentioned it (I didn't have to but I did) and when I told her she said "oh that's way too far for me" which I was still cordial but taken aback because it shouldn't matter one bit where my venue is she isn't a guest? She's neither officiating it nor assisting with anything beyond the dress itself. During my visit, I felt very unwelcome, even though I had all the necessary details ready, like the venue, guest count, and date. Which again, how does the guest count help them help you choose a wedding dress??? I had even checked their website beforehand! What truly matters is that brides feel comfortable asking questions without pressure and are made to feel welcome and not rushed. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and my experience there only added to that stress when the lady told me, "you're not ready to buy a dress" due to some questions I had while wanting to see their selection. Although she did show me two dresses from a rack behind the desk, her attitude was very passive-aggressive. The way they run their store is quite unusual; it might work for some, but for brides just walking in to see what the shop is all about and being met with a condescending attitude is disheartening. I would not recommend this store at all. Go anywhere but here.

The stylist who assisted us was Rosa, and she was beyond incredible and helpful. She selected several dresses that she felt were suitable and accentuated our body types. I truly appreciated her expertise, knowledge, and patience in helping us achieve the goal of finding "the dress." Thankfully, I found a beautiful off-the-shoulder dress in the color Cinnamon that was also very reasonably priced. I'm grateful to Rosa for creating such a positive experience overall. Shannon went over and beyond for us. even after hours when the store was closed she always respond to our texts and answered our questions. So when my boyfriend proposed to I went back to Jetaime to look for my wedding gown. Unfortunately Shannon was not there that day. So after waiting over an hour for the owner Lupe? to come out and help me which never actually happened! She was to busy getting yelled at by some of her tax clients? in the back room who were pissed off about being audited! I guess the owner runs a bridal/tax store ? Who knows! All I know is that I was just by sitting there not being helped, and listening to the owner being called a liar and incompetent because how badly she messed up how she filed taxes for them. They were even more pissed off when the owner asked for even more money to fix the audit! Why is this tax BS happening at a bridal shop anyway? Sketchy AF! Wait IT GETS WORSE! Even though I desperately wanted to get out of there I could not leave, I felt obligated as a mother to stay there to make sure the 2 little girls which I'm assuming who belonged to the owner, who were not being supervised by anyone, were running around the store screaming and playing hiding o seek between the wedding gowns and pulling off the dresses that were hanging on the display racks and leaving them on the floor while they trampled on top of them! So since I didn't want them hurt themselves or to run out of the shop on to Mchenry ave and get hit by a car! I sat there and watched them til the owner came out! I don't think Shannon is working there anymore but she is awesome! so check around and ask for her in other bridal stores and hopefully she is working at one of them. I experienced horrible customer service at Mira's Bridal by either the manager/owner (not sure but she had some authority). I walked in with two of my bridesmaids and the owner did not acknowledge our presence. She just kept staring and only had a few customers in the store. A few minutes later she asked if we had been helped but in a very RUDE tone. We told her that we had not been helped and said that we needed to make an appointment. As soon as we got to the counter to schedule an appointment, I was holding my Starbucks drink and she rudely asked us to not bring coffee or food into the store because everything there is "couture." I though that was very rude and unnecessary. I understand if she doesn't want food/drinks, but she could have been nicer about it. Also, how about putting a sign up asking for that request so customers know. I have been to many other bridal boutiques and no one had any issues with me bringing coffee or drinks into the store. Even though the owner/manager was rude, I still wanted to try on a few dresses so I made an appointment. The employee helping me was A LOT nicer than the owner but before trying on dresses she explained all these rules that "we must follow." I almost felt like they were treating customers like children. One of the absurd rules is that bridesmaids are not allowed to wonder the floor and help the bride pick dresses because "it creates chaos" they "must sit in on the sofa in the show room". That just seemed weird, and i don't see how it would be "chaos" since they didn't have any other customers. They also do not allow you to take pictures. All these "rules" just seemed a bit too much. While trying on dresses there was a bride there for her second fitting and she mentioned that her dress was so tight she couldn't sit! The same lady that was rude in the beginning was helping her and said it was fine. But how is that fine and how is she supposed to dance in that? that dress looked horrible on that girl, I felt bad for her! You can tell she only cared about selling the dress. After that, I decided to go to Bianca's Bridal and bought my couture dress there! read more

Not sure how my other post got deleted?? But I feel like just have to express how bad my service was here.... To start of I drove 2 hours to get to this place and bad decision on me because I didn't book and appointment figured they would be able to squeeze me in well little did I know. We walked in and were not even acknowledged and then finally someone did approach us and we asked if there would be any chance they would be able to squeeze me in and she replies with a no she said they were really busy! Well one bride and 2 other girls shopping for bridesmaid or prom dresses not sure didnt seem busy to me but oh well. We were told to feel free to browse around to see if there was something we liked so I started looking at the bridal dresses and saw one that I really liked so I started to pull it out a bit to show my sisters and as I did that a lady that was standing there doing nothing other that walking with us every inch we walked to me to stop touching the dresses because I could ruin the dress by doing that.... I looked at my sister and told them "let's go!" Left the place absouloutly offended and they lost my sale for good!!! If you are searching for your wedding dress or anything bridal, Mira Bridal Couture is the place to go! Seriously, if you are thinking about buying a dress, do yourself a favor and just book the appointment with them. I knew that I was going to Modesto to David's Bridal to try on wedding dresses and booked an appointment at Mira's as well. This is the best decision I made. Despite booking the appointment that morning, Ali was able to get in contact with me to see what kind of dresses I would be interested in. She pulled beautiful dresses for me to try on once I arrived in shop. She helped me into the dresses and really made me feel comfortable. Honestly, when I came to Mira's I was afraid that I wasn't going to find anything in my thousand dollar budget. However, not only was Ali able to fit by budget but the first dress she pulled was a knock out. I had a "wow" moment that really made me feel like a bride. I tried on a few other very nice dresses, but I had already found "the one." Overall, my experience at Mira's was perfect. Everyone was so nice. I visited Mira's in hopes to get an idea of what wedding dress I wanted. I was helped by Denise who was wonderful from start to finish! First off, I loved the layout of Mira's and how you can easily look at the dresses and the price tags that way you know what you're trying on. I liked how Denise had me pick out two dresses I liked and wanted to try on and one dress that I wouldn't normally go for. Doing this made me realize I loved certain details that I didn't think I would like. After trying on a few dresses Denise was able to take all the things I wanted in a dress and find the perfect dress for me! I came in looking for a specific style and to my surprise I ended up falling in love with a dress I wouldn't initially see myself in. Denise was very kind, fun, patient and she respected my budget. When I told her I wanted to surprise my mom and sister and have them come in and see it but they didn't know I already picked the dress she was very happy to play along! Today I went to go with my mom to find a dress after being completely devastated at David's bridal with their lack of inventory, styles, and professionalism. We went into the boutique and immediately loved the vibe and was welcomed in by a great group of girls, going into the back where the wedding dresses are felt like how it was supposed to, it felt magical kinda like a tv show. Cristy helped us pick out a AMAZING variety of dresses and actually listened to my mom. The first dress my mom put on was like love at first sight. I could see her smiling from a mile away. Yesterday went to pick out a wedding dress for my daughter. As a mother you want the very best for your little girl. That's what we got!!! Savannah took such great care of us. She got in contact with my daughter before we came in and ask for her to send her ideas of dresses she was looking for. When we got there she had dresses ready for her to try on. They went around and collected a few more. My daughter tried them on she looked absolutely stunning in all of them that Savanna picked out for her. We ended up picking one out right then and there. I am so grateful that I was able to work with Amber to find the perfect wedding dress! Prior to the appt., Mira bridal sent reminders about the appointment time and asked for me to send photos of dresses I was drawn to. This really streamlined the appt. to find the perfect dress! Amber was pulling dresses left and right to try on and after trying very few dresses on, she was able to focus on the styles and accents that I was liking most. She was super energetic, informational about things I could change to the dresses to make them more to my liking. I also had an entourage of 6 people and she made sure that they felt included in the reveal/decision process. I am newly engaged and Mira Bridal was the first and last store that I had to go to. She had a ton of choices in the store and if you don't find the perfect dress there, you can order any dress from any of the designers. I think the semi-negative review was a bit off just because if you walk into any bridal store, you will not get the quality of attention that you would get if you had made an appointment with a consultant. My party and I had a private appointment so we didn't feel rushed and we had a lot of fun finding the perfect dresses. Mira (the owner) was really fun and she was a ton of help! Her and her staff were very knowledgeable about everything wedding. The dressed range any where from a couple hundred to five or six thousand, depending on the designer and style. I would suggest it to any bride looking for an enjoyable dress shopping event. read more

They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to try on as many dresses as I needed to find the one. I am surprised that there are so many positive reviews on here for this business. It's not even worth my time to go into detail, but to sum it up I had a very bad experience here and was treated very poorly by staff. Not to mention you need an appointment just to SEE the inventory, which is extremely limited. Sorry honey this is Modesto and this boutique is NOT that high end. I wrote Mira a very professional letter detailing my terrible experience, and she didn't even have the decency to contact me herself regarding the issue. I found this appalling. She clearly does not value customers or the reputation of her business. If you value your time and yourself at all, don't even give this place a second look. Maya at Miras Bridal was extremely helpful, sweet, genuine, fun, and such a comfortable person to be with for almost 2 hours while I searched for a wedding dress. We felt it was the best experience we had during these months of looking for "the one". I felt like she was another friend to have around to shop with but with the expertise that's needed. She greeted me with such a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in into the store. Mira Bridal Couture was my last stop in my hunt for finding my perfect dress. I was feeling like I wasn't going to be able to find something that I truly loved. Cristy, my bridal specialist, was so helpful. She was personable, kind and very attentive to what I was looking for. My favorite thing about her was her honesty, she was able to see when I liked a dress more than another and was able to give me dresses that I may like more than another while still giving me the space to process my own decision. With her, nothing seemed overwhelming anymore and everything was so much fun! I cannot recommend Cristy and Mira Bridal Couture more. read more

So let's just start with OMG this shop, the staff, the items to choose from. I had the pleasure of meeting Cristy. A wonderful women whom made me feel comfortable. She knew when to speak up and say yes absolutely or no let's get this out of here. All 20 years of her experience were in full effect helping me in and out of each dress. She was so incredible she even asked to be excused to use the restroom. Talk about customer service. I truly feel that the experience was so great with Cristy she is the reason I said YES TO THE DRESS!!!! She made me feel so beautiful with her kind words. AMAZING! second time shopping at Mira Bridal. Daughter chose her dress in March to be married in June so when my time came to chose my dress for my wedding I called and booked my appointment! Everyone followed COVID restrictions and masks were on! Booked a personal shopping experience for my time. We were the only customers in the store! Loved Sam for helping me chose my dress. Sam chose several different styles listened to what I liked and didn't like. Didn't push dresses on me that were over budget. I got an amazing dress that I will feel beautiful in on my day. Super quick turnaround compared to the others I reached out to especially since it was a Saturday. After our initial call, we set a date for me to bring my wedding dress in & she is very flexible when it comes to scheduling so that was a plus since I am located in Modesto. When I arrived for my appointment, she was so sweet & took her time to walk me through all her recommendations and just let me know exactly what she was going to do with my dress. She was transparent about extra labor needed due to my dress being beaded so it would have to be done by hand instead of a sewing machine. She was upfront about the cost as well, she wanted to make sure we were aligned before continuing which I appreciated. I am a sweaty-betty so I brought my own mini-fan to use during my fitting but Karalin saved the day with these neck-fans that I was able to use so I didn't have to hold anything in my hand during my appointment. Talk about prepped for anything! She's great! My appointment was August 21 and she gave me an estimate to have my dress ready by October 1 to give me some time to perfect anything before my October 25 wedding date. So it was an awesome surprise when she reached out to me on August 31 stating that my dress was ready for fitting & pick-up. Talk about underpromising and overdelivering! When I went for my fitting and to pick up my dress, I wanted to record how to bustle my dress & Karalin was so sweet, she literally helped with a 15-min recording to provide a walk-through for those who would help me with my bustle on my wedding day. She didn't have to do that but she didn't hesitate when I asked. Overall, Karalin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her over and over again to anyone that will listen. She is amazing at what she does & so sweet (I've said that 3x in this review already, I know) 10/10! Thank you a million times over, Karalin! I have found my go-to for alterations moving forward :)

From the moment I had my first appointment in November 2020 to June when I got my outfit, they were always kind, professional, and positive. This is also one of the main reasons I chose Wellgroomed vs other stores. With all the unknowns of covid during this time period, they always did their best to answer any questions or concerns I had and always squeezed me in for the appointments I requested. I'm so thankful for them and also the team in India for all their hard work on the beautiful outfits they hand-make. They even made a beautiful 2nd dupatta to complete my outfit when I changed my mind a few months before the wedding. Sarah helped my vision come to life. I always wanted a peachy colored lengha, especially since my wedding was in the summer. Sarah ordered custom swatches for me and I was able to choose the perfect shade for my skin tone. I also wanted a train with scalloped edging around the border as well as on the dupatta. All of the little details were done perfectly and I appreciate all of her time spent making sure it came out how I wanted. Once my outfit was complete, Preet put together the most beautiful and unique custom set of Choora and kaliyre that were hand-painted and gold-plated. I didn't want a traditional look for the choora/kaliyre. My jaw dropped when I saw how nicely it tied my whole look together. I love her eye for jewelry. She also helped me find jewelry on the DAY of my sangeet and seriously saved the day. It turned out amazing and was one of my favorite looks for the week.
