Most recently with an ice storm looming, I dropped in for some some battery powered flashlights/lamps. They were closing early to let their employees beat the ice and get home. I only had a bout 10 minutes to shop, but one of the sales clerks quickly offered advice and I was out of there in 5 minutes! Ice storm was a bust, but I'm ready for the next one!!

I live about 40 minutes from the store so it's not easy to get back to do a return in 10 days. However, I have been a customer for many years.
