I was a little shocked to see that there were no Yelp reviews yet. If you're looking for a nursery with a huge variety of beautiful plants -- this is it. 1) They also have interesting, unusual, and rare varieties. 2) The plants are well cared for and beautiful. 3) The prices are all reasonable. 4) Veteran owned! Support a local business and a vet. I counted at least 8 greenhouses. Not all of them are open to the public. It depends on when you get there during the season and what's going on. They also have a gigantic quantity and variety of mulch. My only gripe is the payment procedure. The payment area is not clear. It's inside the 2nd, south side (or left side) greenhouse. When it's busy, it's confusing. There's no clear area for waiting & forming a line, and the workers seemed a little overwhelmed. I bought it on Sunday and 4 days later (Thursday) the inpatients in it had died. It's surrounded by beautiful blue Laguna which is what attracted me in the first place. When I called, I was talking with an employee who wasn't sure what to do so she put me on hold and someone else came to the phone. This woman's tone was harsh and she came into the conversation with me rude right out the bat, when I gave her feedback she got defensive and told me she didn't what was going on so she needed to know the story. (Odd seeing as I was on hold and maybe they could have communicated to each other before she picked up the line) either way, she asked me to send her a picture...so I did (I'll insert below) she told me the plant was overwatered... weird because I've watered it 3/4 days and decided to take a 1 day break to see if that was the case, when I explained it to her she said well "he's saying then it's under-watered." Who is he? Why is there a round about answer? I'm frustrated. For the record I'm 27 and have never left a review in my life but I felt compelled.

I requested they deliver them after she got home from school so she was able to get them herself. She was absolutely thrilled that they were for her and got to get them. When we called the store they told us they would fix the issues right away and have someone sent out... 20 min later the same delivery guys came back and apologized saying their boss told them they had to come back and try to install the stove even though they were not qualified to install a gas range. Surprise - they couldn't figure it out. Called the store again and after talking to 5 different people for 3+ hours they promised us we were set up to have a plumber come out and install the stove a week later ... again things happen no big deal. That week passes and who shows back up?!!! The same delivery team that can't do anything!! Another 3+ hours on the phone later we find out that they don't actually send instal teams to our area and we needed to go though home depot pros. All 8 people we talked to had no idea that was the case and kept promising that they were sending an instal team... 5 more min up front and someone could have told us they don't do installs in our area. We will never be purchasing appliances from Home Depot again
