Absolutely appalling service…read more  Taxi to airport booked for between 6.30 and 7am for airport run. Checked on whereabouts at 6.50 and told 10 minutes away. Called back at 7.10 for update, operator said he'd find out and call back, which he did at 7.20 to say taxi broken down and no other vehicles available.  What kind if service is this? 50 minutes later than expected and dropped at last minute with only a simple verbal apology. Disgraceful behaviour from a company that states on its answering service about moving large quantities of people. I wouldn't trust you to walk my dog!!!!

Alan Williamson should not be in a customer facing role. He takes any and all complaints personally…read moreand is unable to empathise with clients. His ability to manage a building is questionable as well - others have mentioned botched repairs, organising roof repairs in November in Manchester and being surprised/angry when tenant complain about leaks is telling of his ability to plan ahead. If he does see or reply to this, he will undoubtedly mention the very positive feedback he receives. I have yet to hear a single positive opinion from either tenant or leaseholders.

Bodged repairs .... fobbed off and of course rude replies from staff come as standard for the service you pay monthly. They've take your service charge and pocket it whilst letting your flats go to ruin . A disgrace of a person and i'm not sure how you are a director ..... a clown college might be a better environment for you to direct Alan as your skills are at about this level .

After using the web form to arrange an appointment, I received a call within 10 minutes from Richard to arrange an appointment at a time best suited to me. Richard arrived and carried out the EPC inspection and was complete by 5pm. I was informed that the certificate will be emailed to me the next day but I actually received the certificate at 9.10pm the very same day. Extremely fast turn around and good value for money considering estate agents try to charge at leave double for the same certificate. Would definitely recommend Richard and Greater Manchester EPC should anyone require an EPC certificate.

We didn't end up renting our flat through Belvoir, so I can't actually comment on them as an estate…read moreagent. However, we did approach them about finding a flat when we were looking around Manchester, and they suggested a couple of properties. The girl who accompanied us to a couple of viewings was dressed in a very flashy manner and constantly texted on her blackberry whilst driving us to the properties. Not really the most professional behaviour. It immediately gave us quite a bad impression of Belvoir as a letting company. The properties they suggested weren't really suitable for us anyway, but I'm yet to find an estate agent I actually like and trust!

Booked a viewing over email, took an early lunch, cycled 25 mins there, waited 10 mins, called…read morethem, they say there is not a booking (Literally in email i have the booking). Fair enough, mistakes happen, I'm more than polite on the phone. I get told I can have another viewing at 6:00 after work and I also ask to get a phone call if the flat is sold before me getting there. I turn up at 5:55. Wait for 15 minutes. Nothing. I call them,they're closed. I wait until 6:45 on my Friday night, absolutely nothing, no phone call no email. Disgusting.
