The sales people were very knowledgable and nice to deal with. The customer service was a little…read moreslow in returning calls for issues that came up. The worst part was the install. Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ? When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it. This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for. My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.

They say they will stand behind them but not really true. Bought my mom a big plant for Mothers Day. It really never bloomed much and then died and dried up. My mom definitely has a green thumb. They also recommended we consider Sea Foam to possibly remove buildup in the carburetor. We purchased the Sea Foam and put the recommended amount, letting the mower idle for about 30 minutes. It wasn't. rescheduled our appointment for February 14 when carpet actually arrived. The installer cancelled our appointment as he couldn't come. Rescheduled for February 17, installer called again to cancel as his son, on his crew never got out of bed. We called and received a refund today. In the meantime we have had our carpet ripped up for weeks and are forced to walk around on plywood and our furniture all over the place. Very bad experience, we will never be back.
