He's super friendly and was great to talk to. Got us some of their garden mix, 1 yard worth. He gave us some large plastic pots for us to haul the soil in our vehicle. Offered delivery but I figured for the amount of soil, I could handle it. The other employees were nice and friendly as well. They have a great place for tress and shrubs. It all seems organized and well kept. I'll definitely return based on the overall appearance of everything they had and the excellent staff they have.

We asked what was wrong and they explained that nobody would be allowed into the store without masks. I agreed it was silly, but I pulled my scarf up over my face and complied. As I approached the entrance, the recent male owner insisted I put on plastic gloves due to COVID-19. I said No, Thank You. He then angrily chastised me in front of about 10 employees and patrons, "If you're going to shop in my store you're wearing gloves! If I get sick, I won't be able to make a living! You're free to get your flowers elsewhere." It was very embarrassing--more so for him. My party as well as several others decided then and there that we would not be giving him our business. Hopefully it won't take a hit to his wallet for him to learn how to treat his [long-term] customers with dignity; and hopefully he'll do some research on simple health precautions instead of taking mainstream media sources as infallible truth.

D&D gave us a waiver for our neighbor to sign saying they could drive through his yard, we had the waiver signed and ready for D&D. Delivery time was noon. They would call my wife at work and she would be right home to meet them. The delivery driver called my wife at 11am saying he was there and she needed to be there right away or he was just going to dump the dirt and leave. My wife mentioned that the time supposed to be Noon. He said he didn't care that he was there now. When my wife arrived home the driver informed her that it had rained yesterday and he refused to drive through the yard. My wife mentioned the signed waiver and he said he didn't care. The driver was extremely rude to wife for no apparent reason. We now need some stone and we won't be going with D&D. Horrible customer service!
