The office sent out a young gentleman named Pat, who diagnosed the problem, got the proper parts to fix the toilet from his truck, and completed the job in a short time period. He cleaned up the area he worked on and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. The charge for the visit, the parts and the labor was quite reasonable. They backfilled the area, and preformed yard restoration with seed and straw. All of our neighbors were beyond impressed! The workers were knowledgeable and very polite.
