I had to go to work and my sister stayed there. She had an appointment that day and was at risk for being late. The worker said that he tried to call and text on the day he just didn't show up. No missed calls or texts. If you are going to use this company make sure you have plenty of time and nothing scheduled because they will disappoint.

He took pictures of my unusual octagon chimney when he climbed on my roof & explained what minor repairs needed to be done, letting me know it was something that I could do myself, providing me with names of various businesses I could purchase supplies, both locally & online. In other words, he didn't try to upsell to make more money if he were to repair it instead. I was thoroughly impressed & pleased with his expertise & would highly recommend him to anyone in McLennan County, as I'm not sure he works any further, but then again he just might if there were a handful of homes in your neighborhood that he could clean on the same day, because he offers a great discount when he can do that.
