From the start, he answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, explaining exactly how he would handle the project. I could tell immediately that he takes pride in doing things correctly and to code. Although I had to wait for him to fit my project into his schedule, it was absolutely worth it. When the job began, Chris and his crew, Ryan, Ramon and Diego arrived early every day, ready to work. They were professional, serious about their craft, and incredibly organized. These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

And it turned out one of the poles hit a power line underneath, running from the house to the garage. Power was shorted on one of our switches and would pop through the conduit. Not knowing what to do, Joey came out to our house within half an hour and instantly diagnosed the problem, found the outlet, and safely cut off power to the garage. He told us it does need to get fixed, which it will during construction, but didn't charge us a DIME to do this.
