Five star service is definitely a part if the training here. I've been here before and because I get such good service I continue o come back. When it rains someone meets you at your car with an umbrella to walk you inside. They do diagnostics and let you know what will be charged and fixed before touching your vehicle. They are so transparent here; I've been shown the entire building by Mr. Martin. The staff is so friendly and helpful; from the person at the front to all of the technicians and mechanics. Their prices are reasonable and guaranteed. Today I'm getting my wheel bearings replaced and I know the work is going to be done right. This is the place to take your vehicle when it needs servicing. I'm going to have to say a 3/5 cause they seemed a lil shady to me looks like a mom and pop tire shop but i guess it was more of a pop an son shop. The service was pretty fast and they were kinda helpful. I purchased two new tires for $200 which blew me idk why it was $200 for P205/65R16 but hey i needed it last min . The reason i said they were kinda shady is because the way they were acting while providing the service something seemed off an no i was not alone. They made it seem like my bf was trying to leave without paying for the tires which is kinda crazy hence the fact that me an my child was in the car while the car was up off the ground while he was waiting for the dad to come in the shop so he can , but you would of had to been their to understand. read more

Wouldn't recommend. When I arrived on a Saturday morning at about 11:50, I was greeted with a "what ya got?" by a woman in a back office behind the counter. I replied "oil change". She replied "well we're done with oil changes, we're closing in 8 mins". Mind you, there was 1 person in the waiting area and ZERO cars in the service garage. Not sure if the one person waiting was being serviced or not but there were no cars in the service garage so clearly no one was working. I'll be taking my business to Jiffy Lube where I should have gone in the first place. I was trying to support a small business and get a "cheaper" deal... but clearly you get what you pay for. Weeks before Christmas I was told it would cost $350 to fix an issue I am having with my car. The day Martin Tire replaced the part, they didn't even test drive my car to see if they fixed the issue. Within minutes of me paying them the $350, I was back at their shop and the guy who diagnosed my car told me he was sorry he didn't test drive it after he replaced the part and he's sorry he missed the real issue and if I pay $183 more he will fix the real issue. Now I have to take them to Civil Court. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them, they only want your money they could care less about actually fixing your vehicle. I purchased tires for 10 years and never had an issue until I trusted the guy Chris Goff's Diagnosis. The owner was real nasty and told me to pay the extra fee for their mistakes or it was nothing he could do for me. read more

Absolute bliss! For the first time in my adult life, I feel as though I can trust a mechanic. The building is big and blue, so it's easy to find. The parking lot was easy to maneuver as well. This is coming from a girl that never backs out and reverse parks everywhere so that I can just drive on out. I called earlier in the day to have a quote on a used tire. About $36, not bad at all. When I pulled in, Derrick knew I had called earlier and quoted my tire size to me. Good communication within the shop and I appreciate that so much! He was very fast and friendly and showed me where to go pay. The cashier (I believe her name is Jessica) who I had spoken with earlier is pretty and super nice, as she was on the phone. Derrick and one other guy fixed my tire. I questioned if I needed all Hankook tires and he pointed out that one wheel was already different. Good eye! He said they can special order, but I could trust that the tire they were installing was good and I wouldn't have any issues. Everyone in the shop made me feel welcomed! And I was in and out in maybe ten minutes or so! As I was leaving, I noticed my Tire Pressure Monitoring System light was still on. I rolled my window down and Derrick had already known, telling me that it would go away as I drove--it was still sensitive from the donut. A moment later, it sure did! Yesterday, I drove a highway with a 70mph speed limit, so I can confidently say these guys are legit! He made me aware that they do oil changes here too. Check out Groupon for some amazing deals! i use a groupon last year for an oil change and the owner asked me where i lived and have i ever heard of his shop. I said that i have not heard of his shop and that i live right down the street maybe 5 min from the shop he tells me how i should not use the groupon ad any more and just come to the shop next time i need a oil change and he would charge the same price. so i went to his shop today and there was a lady at the front I tell her what the owner told me and she tells me how they are lossing so much money due to the groupon ad and she tells me that she can do it for that price this one last time. I was like cool I am a dj in the area and i usually need to change my oil often and feeling like this could be the new place i could get my oil change for a good price not the groupon price but his price sounded ok. They did my oil change and the owner is now at the front he tells me the regular price and i reminded him what he told me the last time he tells me the same thing the lady said about them loosing so much money and tells me a higher price then the groupon add. I told him what about the price you told me the last time i came. He looks at me and says you know what you can pay me that price that i told you and you can leave and never come back. It all started when the Serpentine belt came off my car. I decided to work with Martin?s due to the proximity of their shop to my home. I spoke with ********** which is the owner?s son who said the belt was an easy fix and to not worry. I had car towed to shop, told wrong belt had been purchased. Mechanic ordered another belt, the first belt he ordered was wrong; he ordered a second belt in which stated was correct. The belt was put on, I left shop. Later that evening, I was driving home and I noticed a burning smell, and smoke. As soon as I turned into my neighborhood the steering wheel locked up, I instantly knew something was wrong. I lifted the hood and saw serpentine belt had snapped in half. I panicked because Martin's had closed. The next morning I contacted Shop, spoke to **********, the Owner's son, he asked me if I could call back on the cell phone number NOT the main Shop number. I thought that to be odd, but I did, he asked me if he could come to my home to look at car as a courtesy to me, again, I thought that was strange, but I agreed. He arrived with one of his worker's by the name of *****, they stated they knew what the problem was, the AC compressor had locked up, for me to return car to shop and repairs could made at no charge. The car was towed back to shop again to have the repairs made at no charge per****. I had just paid $107.95 to have serpentine belt put on. Contacted**** to see if car was ready he informed me that I owed him $504.00 in labor fees and $69.90 for A/C Compressor By-Pass Pulley. I asked my son to go pick up paperwork to see what he was talking about. I contacted him back to ask him why I would pay you for something that you messed up on my car. He told me the work had been completed, in which I told him I NEVER AUTHORIZED YOU TO DO THIS WORK!! He became very defensive and told me, they are NOT RELEASING MY CAR UNTIL I BRING HIM AN ADDITIONAL $578.00.
