This is truly an amazing repair shop. I have used them several times over the last few years and their quality is superb. I typically go to the dealership for basic oil change and tire rotation because they are faster and have a better discount plan. After the dealership gives me a list of all of the repairs, I then take the list to Service 1st For service. Their prices are much more reasonable, and the service is always better than the dealership. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple people to them for repairs. The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. I was a regular customer but last time I took my car in for engine light on. they kept my car from Nov 2023-Nov 2024. 1 yr. they brought my car to my house and I discovered the passenger door had been damaged, the car was filthy inside/dirty outside. they drove it to my house cause they said they wanted to wash but they lied. they deceived me by not telling me I car was damaged. after having my car a whole year the engine light was on when I drove it for the first time the day after they brought it to my house. they deserve to be sued. read more

I'm giving this business 3 stars because, they are good at what they do! But there are some things that I've notice about this group that can be and is very disappointing! Their work is pricey and they don't always proformed the services you pay for! The 1st time I took my car to them, they charge me for a tire rotation that was never preformed! Just recently they worked on my car again. After having my car for over a month, When I got it back, there was major damage to the body and again I paid for a service that wasn't proformed! They apologized, repaired the damage to the body and asked me to return to complete the service that was not proformed! I will admit the work is top notch, and I've never had to return because of a repair job! The reception is very friendly and very professional, the waiting area is clean and there's free snacks to be enjoyed! But, I get the impression the front of the house doesn't always know whether the actual work your paying for was proformed or who proformed it and will take your money regardless! read more

I have been going to get my car service for 1.5 yrs. Normally they do a good job, but this time the mechanic left some plugs loose. Check engine light came on the SAME day I got service. I called & the rep (lady) said to tighten my gas cap. I told her I haven't put in gas in my car. I didn't bring my car back because they had my husband car for 2 weeks which they could not figure out the issue. He had to go and get his car from their shop. Because they didn't know what was the issue with my husband's car, I decided to take my car to an old mechanic company who then told me that Service 1st Auto Care left SEVERAL hoses loose. After the repairs which cost me $575, I spoke with Kevin who then told me it was their fault for leaving the hoses loose & my fault for taking it another mechanic. The reason why I didnt take my car back because I didn't trust this company after they left several hoses loose & they didn't fix my husband car after being at their auto for 2 WEEKS. He did said that he would "pray about giving me some funds back". I called and left messages, but NO word from Service 1st Auto Care. In2000 my Honda Civic,in 2002 my Acura TL, my Mothers Honda Accord, my Daughters Toyota Echo in 2011, my Lexus RX from 2004 to the upgrade to the 2010 RX350 (collision repair was superb)-this has been my family's saving grace for all matters mechanical.
