I'm not new to formal wear. I was in pageants for a few years. I KNOW my size is a 2-4. I was told to buy an 8 that I now have to spend half the price of the dress for to get it altered. One girl in our group is a size 16 and was told to get a 22! It's costing her more to get it altered than the entire dress costed AND she had to pay an extra fee for a bigger dress size. I get maybe getting it a size bigger and altering down, but all of our dresses are at least two sizes too big. It's ridiculous. Your time and money would be better spent ordering a dress from somewhere else.

He calmly said over the phone that he would have to see the dress and see what needed to be done, and when I went in he said no problem. I went in Wednesday afternoon at 4 PM and he had it for me first thing Friday morning for the wedding! I absolutely loved the way I looked in the dress, the alteration was perfect, and Mason is the most relaxed person to work with! Very professional and my clothes are ready the next day after five pm with only a few exceptions over the years. Love that they keep my credit card info on file and give me a purple bag to drop off my clothes so I don't have to swipe my card every time. Also, the drive through drop off window makes things very efficient as well. Customer service is above average - friendly and they always address me by name. Sometimes the collars on my shirts are a little off but maybe all cleaners wound do the same.
