I called the corporate office by mistake, but the people there were more than willing to set me up with an appointment straight away. I received a confirmation phone call early the next morning for the appointment. Customer care to this point was satisfactory. Upon arriving at the office for my first visit, I was warmly greeted and aided through the registration process as a new patient. The crew was very attentive. A comprehensive briefing took place after x-rays and a general oral exam which associated no discomfort. The hole in my tooth was to be drilled and filled, followed by a thorough cleaning. Dr. Rabata suggested a short list of issues to be addressed in a professional and courteous manner. The initial injection of local anesthesia was not at all painful and neither was the remainder of the procedure. Everything was done in a short amount of time and I look forward to visiting Brident soon for a follow-up.

"A little pressure here, you're gonna feel a little pinch,you're gonna feel a little cold, I'm just gonna polish it". He made me feel calm by letting me know what to expect every step of the way. Phone call after phone call to Alissa with Sabal - and with our Dental Insurance - Initially, Alissa said that they didn't accept individual dental ( wrong) , when I confronted her with the fact that their office the particular dentist contract had expired she said she would research an call me back ( she didn't - three calls to her with same response) - I confirmed with our Dental plan Sabal office had other dentist that were contracted for the individual dental plans. I have filed a grievance with the Insurance about this dental office. This office practice is Unethical and should be reported to the State of TX. They are deliberately taking patients money - as many people don't question.

NOPE! They just saw the one kid. They never called her name again and passed her and went on with other appointments! Not once did they even notify me! NEXT TIME SAY THE KIDS LAST NAME IF YOU ARE CALLING MORE THAN ONE KID! DON'T ONLY SAY IT ONCE! AT LEAST TWO TIMES!
