And the Best Dentist Award goes to.....Dr. Zayas! I traveled all the way from Austin because I heard such great things and the guy lives up to it. Dr. Zayas and his staff even stay later than 7pm to help people who can't come in earlier. And then they squeezed me in the following week last minute as well. I desperately needed a root canal and they took care of me. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and Dr. Zayas is cool and calm. My experience from beginning to end was amazing and they totally erased any bad child hood memories I've had with past dentists. Joe Zayas is an excellent dentist; yes, I have waited sometimes for 2 hours, but on my last appointment, the secretary called me to come in later so I was able to stay at home (retired). I got the service quickly after that and the top quality, as well as Joe's willingness to explain every detail makes him my favorite dentist. It looks like they are trying to avoid long waits by letting people know when Sr. Zayas is running late with other patients. All I care about really is quality and Dr. Zayas has the latest technology that guarantees that. read more

Excellent dentist, but watch out for waiting a long, long time to be seen no matter what time your appointment is scheduled for...even first thing in the morning. I've never been seen in less than an hour and have had to wait as long as two hours. Then, I've always had to wait long periods between various parts of the procedures while he sees other patients. I've always lost a big chunk of time from start to finish. If it was not for the wasted time, I would give him 5 stars. read more
