Instead of collecting the debris, it often gets blown onto neighboring properties that they do not service, leaving surrounding communities to deal with the mess. The property they maintain consistently appears neglected, with large amounts of dirt, animal waste, dead vegetation, and ongoing irrigation issues. In many cases, crews simply mow over large piles of dirt and debris, creating even more dust and spreading waste throughout the area. Rather than improving the appearance of the property, their work often seems to move the problem from one place to another. A landscaping company should leave a property cleaner, healthier, and better maintained after each visit. Unfortunately, that has not been my observation. Based on the quality of work I've witnessed, I would not hire or recommend this company.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Nick, who sold us the windows, was incredibly knowledgeable without ever making the process feel "salesy." He answered every question we had, explained everything clearly and was just an all around genuinely good person who was easy to talk to. He made a big decision feel like an easy one. Then came installation. Russell, who seemed to be leading the crew, was phenomenal as well. His entire team was thorough, efficient, professional, well-mannered and impressively tidy. They clearly took pride in their work and treated our home with respect which goes a long way when you have a crew working in and around your house. Partway through the project, Jason stopped by just to check in, see how things were going and make sure we were happy. We weren't expecting that and it was such a nice touch. It's one thing for a company to say customer service matters but it's another to actually see it throughout the entire process. My husband and I are so happy we chose Renmark.
