We asked for a quote on Friday night and he showed up Saturday morning, armed with an extremely fair quote, and less than an hour and a half later was finished - and the trees look fantastic! Trimmed beautifully as we requested, and all of the waste cleaned up as if it was never there. He was friendly, got the job done and did it right, and made me feel as if his service was a good investment - which is all you can ask for from a service contractor. Plus, our trimmed trees don't look like scraggly, naked trees - they are still full and aesthetic. Today his crew - led by the very capable Ricardo, and his crew member Alejandro came out and trimmed my huge citrus trees into shape, to get them off my roof, and my neighbor's fencing. They also took care of a stray, dead branch from my Joshua tree, and a fallen arm from my massive totem cactus, as well. Not only that but they accommodated my busy schedule today by coming out at a more convenient time than originally planned. This was most helpful as I have a sick dog to deal with today.
