We had a very large tree that was dripping sap and dropping countless pine cones onto both our property and our neighbor's. I decided that it was time to have it removed, so I received quotes from multiple service providers. Jesse and his team at Next Level Tree provided a competitive price and were easy to talk to and schedule with! The quote also provided that they would grind the tree stump and have the trash removed. They showed up bright and early and started preparing for the tree removal. Jesse talked me through it and asked if we wanted to keep any wood for firewood. It was a great idea, so we had them leave us some. Then they got to work and had the tree down shortly. They are pros and have all the certifications and experience you could ever ask for. These guys can bring a tree down EXACTLY where they want to - check out my video. Apparently they even do competitions where they can bring a tree down on a beer can. After bringing the tree down, they quickly removed all the branches and sent those through the wood chipper. The entire tree was cut into a few dozen pieces and gone within another hour. Then they got to work on grinding the stump. Next time I looked, they had cleaned up everything and move our stones over where the tree had been so you could not even tell there was ever a tree there. I hired Jesse to remove 2 Sissou trees from my backyard. He's been very easy to work with and communication with him has been great! He cut down the trees about a month ago and came back to remove the remaining stumps last week. We hired Jesse a few years ago to reroute an irrigation line and plant a Desert Willow tree in our yard. The tree is thriving and has grown so much since it was planted. Meanwhile, our neighbors have a HUGE Palo Verde tree that grows until it covers half our house every couple years. The neighbors are great. We let them know that the tree needs to be trimmed, and they get right on it. We recently let our neighbors know that it was time to trim the tree again. The crew showed up this morning, and it was Jesse! They trimmed this monstrous Palo Verde so good! It was hanging down in our front yard and all over our roof. Even though our neighbors hired them, they swept and cleaned all the debris off of our roof and cleaned up every bit of the tree remnants from our front yard. I've had this company out two years in a row for my palms. They have trimmed them as I requested and cleaned up better than other companies I've tried. No complaints. On top of that, the owner is friendly, communication is easy, the climber uses safety gear, and the pricing is very fair. I know my trees are on the taller end, that's why I send photos in advance, and this company hasn't ever asked for a higher rate to trim them when they arrive (as others have). Jesse and his crew of 4 spent the entire day with us yesterday, doing the spring cleanup that was much needed. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this crew! I wI'll never use another arborist to care for my landscaping work. We had dead Queen Palms that didn't survive last summer's heat, plus 2 other dead trees removed. Jesse and Tanya went the extra mile finding beautiful Italian Cypress which they planted where the palms were. They trimmed and cut back pretty much every bush and tree on our property and took away every scrap of debris. They also planted a couple of other shrubs for us. Over the last couple of years I have watched this crew remove a 40 ft. Sissou tree with roots that threatened our pool as well as trimming and scaling our 35 ft Mexican palms. They gave me an unbelievable quote and help me with a tree that's been haunting me for months I'm attaching the video and some photos they even made some cool furniture as keepsakes and although it's difficult sometimes to put up with the chainsaw buzzing sound incessantly the tree had to be cut down and these guys were incredibly knowledgeable helpful and went out of their way to make the experience Manageable and we didn't even have to shut off the power.
