At first, I felt confident that my case would be handled well. Now, it has been a year since I was able to see a doctor for my injury, which has complicated the matter almost as greatly as having to move out-of-state did. My calls are ignored and I have not been informed of any activity with my case in over a year. It has been like pulling teeth to get help finding a doctor who will see me (which has not happened yet, by the way). It seems to me that we have a pretty decent case since my employer violated state & federal law by trying to make me sign a contract promising to forfeit my second job or face termination. And Mr. Baum agrees, yet nothing has been done. Let's not even get started about leaving me to deal with the insurance company... that's why I went to a lawyer!
