First of all they put down two different types of grass and were supposed to come back and remove the incorrect grass and replace it and never did. Much of the grass they installed was horribly brown and in very poor health. They even installed sod on top of my sprinkler heads!! And then decided to leave a large area probably 10' x 10' with no grass at all. During this time we had also paid them $1600 to repair our water fountain, and he never repaired it or sent anyone to repair it. They basically stole our money. I would not use Perspectiv Gardens or Chris Greenlee. These guys are a scam. We have invoices and receipts as well as pictures for everything. I will be sending all data to our attorney.

After receiving the initial design, we requested revisions, but communication was slow and updates often took weeks. When we followed up for updates, we were repeatedly reminded that they were managing larger projects, which left us feeling like our project was not a priority. When we finally received the project proposal, the pricing was not itemized, which made it difficult to identify areas where we could scale back to fit our budget. When we asked for a more detailed breakdown, we were told their process is "turnkey," and no alternatives or solutions were offered to help adjust the project scope. Understanding that this was simply how they operated, we requested another revision in hopes of reducing costs. Our last conversation was in November, when we were told we would receive an updated revision within two weeks. Unfortunately, we never heard from Scapes again. We ultimately chose to work with a different local landscape architect who was more communicative, provided transparent pricing and a much better overall experience.

Mike Riley was paid over $8,000 to repair a Pergala in Plano. Two unskilled guys showed up…read moreto do the work and didn't know what they are doing. They drilled holes in the plastic which caused the plastic to crack and the plastic was poor grade. It leaked immediately. Poor workmanship. Also skipped several bolts in the bracing. Many broken promises over 6 months. He stated he would fix it but needed money for material. So I paid him an extra $640 for materials and he still never fixed it. He text a few weeks later and said he would finally fix the Pergala but he needs $120 get get his truck repaired and out of the shop. He will say anything to get money. Then he has hundreds of excuses for not being able to complete the work. I finally paid $5,000 to another company to fix Mike Riley's mess. Any good reviews are years old. Terrible experience with Mike Riley.

We hired Jeremiah to replace about 80% of our yard with sod. Came to find out that he is not very…read moredependable and does not stick to his word and do what he says he would. From the initial estimate, to doing the work, to coming back to fix troubled areas in the yard, he was late for every appointment he set. Once the job was completed I found sprinkler heads that were buried under the sod and that none of the sprinkler head heights were adjusted to accommodate the height of the new sod. Plus one of the zones completely stopped working. Of course this affected the yard receiving the correct amount of water in certain spots. Jeremiah promised to come out and replace the affected grass and fix the non working zone. He did come out and replace some small affected patches, and attempted to fix the non working zone in which he was unsuccessful. He then stated that he would come back to replace the grass in the non working zone. An appointment date and time was set. He was a no show for the appointment. Rescheduled for the next day. Again a no show. Finally after a number of texts and phone calls from me he shows up and instead of replacing the dead grass that he promised to replace, he removed good sod from other parts of the yard and put the dead grass in its place. See attached pictures. In conclusion I would never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone else use them!
