In our initial interview I made it clear theat time was of the essence in filing the return because I was going to make an offer on a home and needed to get the financing right away. He said there would be no problem. BUT three and a half weeks later NOTHING had been done. He went on vacation twice, never returned phone calls and was non responsive to emails. Yesterday, with onlty 72 hours to get my loan submitted I picked up my portfolio looked on Yelp for recommended CPA firms and took it to Rohr & Associates. My appointment with Daniel Rohr was at 2:00. By nooon TODAY he had my return completed!!!! Needless to say I highly recommend that if you need to get things done in a professional, courteous and timely way do not go to Thomas Cook.
