Went buy today to ask for assistance in getting credit for a lost gift certificate for my wife. Was greeted with a surprising amount of indifference from the gentleman behind the counter. He simply stated that if the gift certificate is a year old, there is nothing he is willing to do. When asked to speak to the manager, the gentleman behind the counter stated he is the owner. He showed complete indifference to the situation and considers the $100 gift certificate a windfall for not having to render any services. Perhaps my wife or I are not the owner's target market, but I left shocked by the lack of concern displayed by the owner. My friend and I went to get our pedicures done and honestly our favorite part was that there was a full bar! Made for a fun, relaxing experience/vibe being able to order multiple cocktails. We also found the pricing to be fairly reasonable. The facility was clean and we didn't have to wait at all for our appointment. The lady who did my toes was very nice and kind. My friend had a bit of a different experience - her nail technician seemed a bit upset that my friend requested her to paint French white tips onto her toe nails (a seemingly normal request in our experience?). It was as if she had never done that before and implied my friend should have grown her nails out. The environment was clean, the workers were friendly and the pedicure was nice, but I was disappointed with our expreience. I schedule this as a "girls" event with my daughter in laws and granddaughters, we made advance appointments and drove almost an hour away from much cheaper options near home in hopes of receiving the advertised service. The Coconut Dream package I scheduled for my 2 granddaughters was supposed to include milk, cookies, and a nail sticker for each foot - $76 later (for 3 & 4 year olds) and the girls did not receive those items. read more

Went with my daughter on Thursday. Staff was nice. Although work was not up to par. Within two days the topcoat of the dip nails have almost come off to of my nails. I don't want them clunky but these are super thin. Two coats of dip and one clear coat dip and my thumb nail is cracked. Less than three days and I will have to get them redone. Then there is the price. I paid $15 more then at my normal salon at home. Don't live local. Had I lived local I would go back and ask them to fix it. Very disappointed. My sister & I both went in to get pedicures, this was also my first time going here, my sister has been here multiple times & I liked it so far the people front desk receptionist was nice, so we chose our colors we wanted and my sister's lady was so nice and talkative with her but mine was not she was not wanting to talk which is okay i understand but in retail and working with people you need to talk to the customers. So I had shellac on my toes and told the lady and she said okay and took it off with the drill because she was going to use nail polish remover but my sister had nail polish on so it was easier for hers to get off but this shows my pedicure shoulda took longer because i was finished before my sister and my lady was rushing and got the hot towels and let them get cold and put it on me. she would rush to massage my legs and do everything fast compared to my sister, hers took her time and she was relaxed but me?? couldnt relax i felt uncomfortable because she had bad vibes. i understand if you have more customers and its busy but it wasn't busy when we were there so it's like why did she do a bad job? And to top it off, my nail polish was creasing and she let me leave like that & she missed spots looks like i could of done it myself. And when my sister told the lady in the front that she didn't wanna leave a tip for my lady the front lady looked at her a type of way and did not care that I did not have a good experience nor did give us our reciepts and we didn't get the names of our ladies. a pretty bad experience for me. read more

TL:DR Lush/Friendly Salon that won't break your bank... Not your average nail salon! I can say I've never been a fan of nail salons. Most of the time they feel impersonal and I feel out of place, so I've never been a regular customer (and it shows lol). This place is different and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular. From the time I walked in the door, everyone was welcoming, friendly and attentive. From the bartender (yes theres an actual bar with menu) to the receptionist all the way to my nail techs. Even the owner, who was present and checking in with everyone. The salon itself is really beautiful. They clearly took a lot of time in decorating to make it feel lush and special. I opted for a manicure and a pedicure and both look amazing. To top it all off, the pricing is super reasonable and affordable. Feel free to upgrade to a deluxe mani and pedi and not have to feel guilty about it! I was able to get a shellac manicure and a deluxe pedicure (2 cocktails included) for about $60 plus tip. Most times for a similar service (minus the yummy drinks) I'm paying $80-100, which personally I have a hard time justifying on a regular basis. Perfect place for a girls day out for adults over even kids (make the drinks virgin!) or even just a treat-yo-self kinda day. Let's just start off by saying it took an hour & 40 minutes to soak off nails. My nail tech was new and very nice only reason I give them 3 stars. The place is pretty but they don't have the clients wash their hands before the service, the staff were on their phones walking around eating chips, just not sanitary. It was so loud I couldn't even think when I was typing in my information into the check-in computer. Only speaking for the one and only time I had been there, the quality of my acrylic dip was terrible so I wasn't to pleased with my tech. $46 down the toilet. The salon was nicely decorated and the cocktails were delicious. That's what earned the 1 star. This place would be better without the "party" atmosphere including flamboyant employees goofing around. If your over 25 and want to relax, go elsewhere. I'll never understand a shop with 98% women who puts on non stop sports channels. It's important to rate this manicure spot to other manicure spots; i've read some of the other nonsensical reviews. Make an appointment with ANY nail salon where they're running behind and you have to wait??? yes that is normal. Often services like these are hard to predict how long it will take for them and for us as patrons. Incidentally, other human based services such as dentists and doctors, you will find like predicaments. That being said, yes this place is slower and unrushed. You do not feel like you're being sped through the processes, and I enjoyed that. I had a manicure and it was done very well. My only complaint is the drying process (a few squirts of a fast dry solution) does not lend itself to great drying without nicks. I found the pricing to be comparable to any upscale nail salon that doesn't any use drills, and rushes folks through. As cute as this place is, the management sucks. They answer phones before they decide to help the customers in front of them. They have a lot of chairs and only two people working. The manager literally came in drinking a smoothie from the front door while we waited for her to help us. They said we could wait and offered nothing to pass the time.
