If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother worked here for two weeks, gave her full effort every single day, and then was FIRED without being paid a single dollar. The management is greedy, unprofessional, and has no respect for the law or their employees. We don't need the money--my mother just loves to work and stay busy--but that's no excuse for treating people this way. After I stepped in and made it clear that legal action was an option, they finally paid her. They only did it out of fear, not because it was the right thing to do. I went and got a mani and pedi. Luis did my pedi and holly did my mani. It's been 4 weeks today and my polish isn't even peeling from my nails. That never happens. I did get gel but they both did an amazing job. They were very nice and the salon is beautiful and very clean. I like them so much I got a card and asked for their names. Service was great! This was my second visit and both times they were very efficient and did a great job with my ingrown toenails.

The quality was good but the employees kept complaining about how long my service would take (it was a short French tip) so I ended up having to compromise and just getting a plain acrylic color because she would not stop talking about how she did not have enough time to do it. I wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate for a service. read more

I went about a month after their grand opening and it was amazing. Fast and perfect service for both my toes and my nails. I got a full set with a hand painted design and it toon only a little over an hour for my nail tech. The entire salon is incredibly clean and organized and all the staff are friendly and nice. I went on separate days for my mani and pedis and took a 3yo with me for the latter. The staff were so sweet and accommodating to her, even let her put her toes in the water and gave us a few extra minutes so she could also have a foot massage. I will be coming back for sure! 10/10 for cleanliness, service, and art. read more

We had Ivy and Sophie as our nail techs. If I could give them more than 5 stars, then I would. Their attention to detail was great and they really took their time to do our pedicures. The salon is beautiful. I have been coming here since February and every technician has been so nice. They are respectful of your time but do NOT rush you. It's so nice to relax. My only "complaint" (and it's not one really) is the never ending piano music. I know it's supposed to be relaxing but it never ends and kind of makes me anxious. If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady doing my nails had a very nasty attitude. I have never been to a nails salon where my nails were damaged by the teach. She began my soaking the dip powder which is normal. She the drilled my nails so hard to the point to where I felt she burned my nails beds multiple times. During the encounter she would place her tools down to get on her phone and not to mention while my nails were soaking she grabbed a pair of nail clippers and began clipping her toe nails in front of me. I will never recommend this place to anyone. My nails are extremely damaged. (for ref I have natural long nails where I only do dip powder). read more

Today was my second time visiting BeMay and I'm more impressed with the service. Hannah, is super sweet and helpful, there's no way I was not getting her name this time. Celine did another amazing job with my pedicure, I love the blue polish and how well she takes great care of me. She's very talented, and is always making sure everything is perfect. Ann did my nails today and she took her time and made sure my nails were just as perfect as my toes. Ann is also very talented and to me a perfectionist as well. These ladies went above and beyond this evening and I will continue to give them my business and hope that you will do the same. The hours are the best especially for those who get off after 5pm and live in the area. The place is luxurious and inviting, there's a few different services they provide that I do plan on trying.
